DO NOT USE!!! I opened a free trial for a school assignment that required AI, despite my distaste for it. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. The "free trial" is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. It says "cancel any time", that is a lie. Every time I click "cancel subscription", it takes me back to the sign-in page and I cannot cancel. I am contacting my bank and PayPal support over this ordeal as well as CF support. I have heard from other users online that their support is terrible.

This company offers a '30 day free trial' but hidden in the fine print is apparently a 10 download limit in that 30 day free trial. If you go over this limit you a slugged with the yearly subscription fee without warning or any indication that it is being charged. There is no warning that comes up that you have reached the limit. There is nothing that prevents you from going over the limit. When you dispute it, they send some vague indication that you have gone over some limit somewhere but not what it is until you dispute the charge through the payment provider. Then you are told what has happened. As far as I am concerned, this is fraudulent activity that should be avoided at all cost.
Update - Thanks for your reply. In response there was no message indicating that I was about to be charged the full subscription fee and if I'd seen all of the other reviews which all say exactly the same thing about lack of transparency and fees being charged, in some instances more than once, I never would have used your site. There is obviously an issue with your 'free' trial and subscription process but given you are getting money regardless of the outcome for the person you haven't bothered to fix it. If you were serious about protecting customers you'd prevent them from going over that limit.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Creative Fabrica.
I signed up believing that I was accepting a trial / one-month trial offer. However, I was charged **$59.88 for an annual subscription** on April 24, 2026. This was not clearly explained to me at the time of signup, and I did not intend to purchase a yearly plan.
Even more concerning, my receipt shows that the “free trial” started and ended on the same date: **April 24, 2026**. This is extremely confusing and, in my opinion, misleading.
After that, I tried to cancel the subscription from my account, but I could not find any clear or accessible cancellation option. My account also showed multiple subscriptions marked as **“Subscription Activating,”** including another subscription for **$47.00 per year**, which I did not intend to activate. I was completely unable to delete, cancel, or deactivate these subscriptions myself.
I contacted Creative Fabrica support and requested cancellation of all related subscriptions and a full refund. However, my refund request was rejected by an automated system, without proper human review.
In my opinion, this subscription flow is misleading, difficult to cancel, and creates a very unfair experience for customers. It may also raise concerns under EU consumer protection rules regarding clear pre-contract information, misleading commercial practices, recurring billing, and dark-pattern cancellation flows.
I am requesting Creative Fabrica to immediately:
1. Cancel all subscriptions, plans, trials, renewals, and related services associated with my account.
2. Confirm in writing that there are no active subscriptions or pending renewals left on my account.
3. Confirm that I will not be charged again in the future.
4. Refund the full **$59.88** annual subscription charge.
5. Cancel and remove the additional **$47.00 per year** subscription that I did not intend to activate.
6. Explain why customers cannot clearly cancel or delete subscriptions from their account.
If Creative Fabrica does not refund all charges and cancel all related subscriptions promptly, I am escalating and formally reporting this matter to the relevant parties, including my card issuer, Stripe, consumer protection authorities, and public review platforms. I will also provide all available evidence, including screenshots, the receipt, subscription details, and support responses.
I have already documented everything and will continue to pursue this until all charges are refunded and every subscription, renewal, and related service is fully cancelled.
I would strongly advise other users to be very careful before entering payment details or starting any trial with Creative Fabrica. Document everything, take screenshots, and make sure you can actually cancel before being charged.

I am outraged by this situation – I was interested in your service, but I opted for the FREE trial period because your website, as well as the email I received from you, assured me that I could cancel my subscription at any time. However, you charged me immediately, and when I asked to cancel the service and receive a refund, which you had originally guaranteed, you pretended not to know what I was talking about. Ultimately, I was not refunded, even though I did not use your services and requested a refund immediately after the service was activated. In my opinion, you have committed outright fraud.
THE AMOUNT WAS CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY DESPITE THE INFORMATION THAT THE TRIAL PERIOD IS FREE. YOU ACTIVATED ADDITIONAL SERVICES YOURSELVES AND CHARGED FOR THEM.
I therefore reiterate my request for a refund to the original payment method – Request #1382298

I didn’t change a thing; I chose the free trial option, yet you immediately activated an annual subscription – this is clearly a deliberate move. What’s more, it’s automatically set to renew, another thing never mentioned at all anywhere, yet you went ahead and did it anyway. And when I wrote that I had services activated that I hadn’t ordered at all, you wrote that you didn’t know what I was talking about and that you couldn’t refund my money because I’d opened a dispute.
Until I receive a refund for services I DID NOT ORDER AT ALL, I am leaving this comment: SCAMMERS AND THIEVES, avoid their services!

I recently made a mistake and accidentally purchased an annual subscription. I reached out to their support team, and I was lucky enough to get in touch with Alex, who was incredibly understanding and helpful.
Even though it was my error, Alex did everything possible to rectify the situation and initiated a full refund for me. I am currently waiting for the funds to settle in my account (within the 5-day timeframe provided), but I feel very confident and positive about the outcome thanks to the professional service I received.

Trash site, rip off, scam
Get my free trial period 4weeks, once i got past the agreement it had a little box pop up with 600k coins. I just needed to press a little blue button, which was a huge mistake they take that as an agreement to a 1 year subscription which is stupid considering everything i tried to make wouldnt load. All in all worst experince ive had with ai, actually any company for a fact just seems like a scheme to take 50usd legally without having to give it back just absolutely gross. Did i already mention the site itself is absolutely terrible on top of all the gross scamming bs?

My issue resolved within a few minutes
I had an issue with a subscription that I didn’t think I had started, I contacted the company to cancel it as I didn’t require it at that time. I had an immediate reply, explained the situation and the issue was resolved within a couple of emails.

Multiple intentional traps for users. Free trial turned into an immediate charge of full year subscription without clear consent. Deliberately convoluted cancellation process. Was told via email that I could receive a refund then provided a link to do so which didn't work. This link had another deliberate trap which contained 2 buttons, one ("Refund") just looped back to the login page. The other ("Cancel") I didn't click as this was obviously the one the merchant wanted me to click, and noted in small print that my account would remain active and the subscription fee would still be charged. Avoid this company at all costs

I signed up for a 30‑day free trial on April 14, 2026. The button literally said “Activate free trial (€0.00)”. Instead of giving me the trial I was promised, the company charged me for a full annual subscription at the the same minute where my account was created and where I signed up for the free trial, without any confirmation or warning. I signed up for a 30‑day free trial on April 14, 2026. The button clearly said “Activate free trial (€0.00)”. What happened next is unbelievable:
My account was created at 23:40
The free trial was activated at 23:40:36
And the full annual subscription was charged at 23:40:49 — just 13 seconds after my trial was started?
There was no second confirmation, no warning, no “Are you sure?”, nothing. The system charged me instantly, at the same timestamp as the trial activation. This is not a misunderstanding. This is a technical or procedural failure on their side, and it is absolutely not something a customer can trigger manually.
I contacted support immediately. Their “help” consisted of one short reply telling me to deal with it through PayPal. No explanation, no solution, no responsibility. They didnt respond at all anymore since my last contact on 14.04.2026
I tried to resolve this directly and politely, but they made it impossible. If a company charges customers during a free trial, refuses to assist, that says everything about how they operate.
This experience was misleading, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. My only hope now is to get help over my bank in the next days.

I contacted your support on April 14, provided all evidence, and have been ignored ever since. On Instagram I was told to “follow up with support”, even though support has not responded for over a week. This is not customer service — it’s avoidance.
My invoice shows a €0.00 free trial, yet I was charged €55.93 in the same minute. That directly contradicts your own trial terms.
Instead of acknowledging the issue, you repeat the same scripted explanation everywhere — Instagram, email, and now here — while refusing to address the actual timestamps and evidence.
