I reviewed my order and noticed i needed to amend it, which i done and got an email to say it would be amended but i received my order and it had not been fixed, my son was not pleased on xmass morning so dont think i will use this site again unfortunately.

Perfect service. The card was given to my 9-yr-old son's school friend, who loved it so much he said it was his BEST birthday present (which slightly frustrated his mum!!).

Excellent Customer Service
Ordered 4 cards which unfortunately did not arrive. When I contacted CreatuFut they responded very quickly apologising the fact these had been lost in the post and said they would send out new ones. They did so and ensured these arrived in time for Christmas as they were presents. Very happy with the end product and the service to rectify the issue that was beyond their control.

Ordered 2 cards and received them promptly looked good until I noticed a mistake ( checked and verified it was a creat fut mistake and not mine) at first they responded quickly and admitted the mistake... now they don't answer emails and one of my sons will have the wrong card for Christmas. Luckily I've kept the emails with them admitting liability and will use PayPal dispute for refund!! Not Happy!! Update.... they have sent replacement card but it has the same mistakes as original so now I have 2 faulty cards!!!
