I just signed my documents so i can't really speak on too much with the program just yet but what i can speak on is the consultant who helped me through the whole process! Jerry Jornadal!! He answered any questions i had, no matter how silly they have seemed. He was personable and made me feel 100% comfortable during a pretty nervous time of wondering "Am i doing the right thing and this not some scam?"

He worked with my schedule to find the time for phone calls to discuss my options. He made the experience very easy and reassuring on how everything works. Jerry has phenomenal customer service and honestly if i had spoken with someone not as confident and informative as he was, i probably would of backed out and not gone forward with it all.

It took me 2 weeks to get in touch with the guy I 1st talked to to finish things up. I tried 3 times to make my welcome call, 1st time they were just too busy and told me to call back later and the next 2 times I couldn't understand the person good enough to spend 15 minutes trying to understand what they were saying. I only speak English !!!

The staff told me briefly about the situation because of the I give 5 stars thank you!!

They walked me through everything it was pretty easy.
