Absolutely terrible company/customer service
I recently paid off the financing for the vehicle that I purchased/had a contract on, since Feb of 2022. I'm writing this review because the experience that I had with this company, as a whole, was absolutely terrible. If you're seeing this review please read the entire review and really think about doing business with this company. I had a bumper to bumper warranty and every time I had to have work done, they would keep my car for weeks and even months with absolutely no regard for me having to get to work and when I would get upset for nearly losing my job, i would be treated awufl. I was never late on my payments and would still be treated terribly. Right down to my very last phone call with this company, I was basically hung up on. The "repairs" done on my vehicle are suspect, considering the issues that I was having that were "fixed" are still present. Like I said in the beginning of this review, my entire experience was just awful. Last point to be made: if you're a current customer and you're being told that you can only have certain insurance because this company refuses certain insurance companies.... this is not legal. Yes, the contract I signed said I had to have insurance. However, it does not say that it has to be from specific insurance companies and the "list" of applicable companies is only available if you know it exists. My recommendation is do not do business with this company. Period. I cannot stress this enough.
