A beautiful coat let down by the quality of the zip - i ordered a larger size originally and that zip caught every time, the same happens with the one i finally bought. I do love the coat though and i'm glad i bought it, just wish i didn't have to step out of it all the time!!

The packaging could be a tad better: the coat lay direct in a box, no extra packing paper or anything. But maybe it's greener this way. Still very pleased with the coat though, fits perfect and looks the best.
