Crepe Erase/The Body Firm subscriptions are convoluted. They don't communicate well with their subscribers and the website is not user friendly. That said, their products are fantastic. However, they have now discontinued the citrus scented step one Body Refining Exfoliant, which is a shame. I'll not be using their products any longer. BRING BACK THE CITRUS SCENTED BODY REFINING EXFOLIANT.

Ordered the product and it arrived January, 15, 2026. Got another shipment February 19. No 3 months between shipping like they said. Additionally, I see no difference in using this product. It is a glorified moisturizer and nothing more. I am so upset that I did not get the 60 trial period, too. I am returning everything to them. Just hope I get the credit.

This has been one of the worst experiences I have had in a very long time. I am so disappointed in this company. I thought this was America where we cared about how we conduct business.

They shouldn't get 1 star! Their sales tactics are terrible. Never telling you you have signed up for continuing products, or that there are three payments, not one. Then to try and cancel or stop charges is almost impossible to get thru to anyone who can actually help. Email address isn't good. The only way you can get through is chat and that's a bad computer. Then I found out they registered a recurring charge on my credit card. Their products are badly tarnished by their actions. DO NOT USE!

The customers like me, it is true experience I have order late evening 2/8
and I called customer service early in the morning 2/9 to cancel the product
The representative taught me cannot be canceled because it’s already in the warehouse
And she was reading to me their policy
Well, I told her to read careful the policy cancellation
It can be canceled before it’s been shipped

She was keep talking and repeating herself about how much costed me and I can cancel until 60 days
And also, she told me she have cancel the further shipments
it is true the previous reviews
I also didn’t not subscribe for further shipments

I’d prefer to give 0 stars!!! Deceptive!!! Do NOT ORDER!!!! If not class action lawsuit already anyone ready to go?!?!

Scam artists - slam you into some bogus subscription that you never asked for - avoid these crooks.

I have filed a fraud complaint with the California Attorney General. I urge others to do likewise.

If you use Paypal Credit to pay these criminals, they will back you up.

I got a “promotion” for 1 time and they send me kore product and an amazing charge on my Credit Card. Returned it and they said my “membership” (I didn’t sign up for one) was canceled although charges keep going.
Customer Service is hard to get and even try to tell you that you are wrong. So bad.
The product hidrates but nothing noticeable.

The product does nothing fantastic… But the main problem is the subscription they hide… Falsely advertise, Black Friday, special samples sizes w/ free gifts… All to luer you into $500 subscription they claim you cannot get out of.. they claim their transparent, however they are not. returning items was very difficult too and at my expense.

Initially, i did a one time purchase on a special in December 2025. Unknowingly, was signed up for subscription (firms or visa credit cards charge). In addition they charge a subscription fee of $47 (i.e. elite charge is on my credit card) "Tried" to cancel and was told they would cancel the subscription (i e. Will not receive the product), but I still owed the $224. Even though i will not receive the product. Because you have this balance on your account. . The product is not that good or worth this the financial stress. This can't be legal!!

Deceptive business. I can’t believe a class action lawsuit hasn’t come up. It’s just a matter of time.

DON'T trust this company! What they don't tell you up front is that your first "auto-shipment" box will cost you $200+. Then is says you can return any that you don't want, but when I did, they kept charging me. Once I realized that, they won't refund without a tracking number for the return... even though they received it. IT IS A SCAM for sure. I am so disappointed.

Do not buy Crepe Erase. If you do, they will trap you into an expensive subscription plan without you even knowing it. I bought it thinking it was a one-time purchase, then they zapped my bank account for over $200. Total scam! Then when I tried contacting their customer service to cancel, they hung up on me so I tried the chat which kept disconnecting and reconnecting multiple times with different agents who said they couldn't locate my account. Finally I told the last agent that I was going to file a deceptive trade practices lawsuit and, just like magic, she suddenly managed to locate my account, apologized for the inconvenience and canceled it. There's a sucker born every minute. Don't get screwed by these scam artists!

Beware of ordering from these people, not only are their products overpriced but it is VERY difficult to cancel online and if you ask for one shipment they lock you into multiple shipments and a huge final payment if you cancel.
UPDATE-I have filed a complaint with the BBB in California against this businesses deceptive business practices and the way they tie in new customers to a subscription model you are not even aware of. This is very similiar to how large online retailers were fined by the govt for subscription services and users not being able to cancel them easily. If you think the reviews here are not honest look at the revies on the BBB about this company

Total scam!! I sent back the product as it did nothing and they have not given me a credit back even though I have called them several times and waited on hold 45 minutes each time. Paid $20 to return. They said they would credit me months ago and now had to dispute with my cc company. Then they took 3 months and denied it!! Now I have to start all over. What a scam!!!

This company is a scam and ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM!!!

First of all they don't work, secondly when you order one time they sign you up for a subscription and when you try to cancel it they say you owe for a year. You can never reach anyone and the chat is useless.

While the product quality is fine, the way this company handles subscriptions and cancellations is unacceptable. I was not clearly informed that I was signing up for a subscription. They charged my card before the product shipped, and when I contacted them right away to cancel, they refused and shipped it anyway. I was forced to pay shipping both ways just to return something I tried to cancel before it even left their warehouse. This business practice feels intentionally misleading, and I won’t be ordering again.

I love the product, but have tried to cancel at least 3 times and I am still getting charged with no product.

Shady business practices. You are put in a subscription automatically when you believe you are doing a one time order. At least this is my experience. They will send you an expensive next shipment that you cannot cancel even if it has not shipped yet. Yes that's right. I will have to pay to ship it back and then TRY to get a refund. Even though it has not shipped when I tried to cancel.

I only wanted to order one package they put me in some kind of auto ship agreement without my knowledge and then when I tried to get out of it, they told me I still owe $91 and I’ve tried to pay by phone. I’ve tried to pay my QR code and I’ve also melt them a check and for some reason The payment won’t go through and now they’re sending me these past due bills I had to turn over to Better Business Bureau, do not deal with these people their crooks.
