My experience isn’t about the product. It’s about the bait and switch. Body Firm lures one in by giving a “great” price which isn’t actually all that great. They also try to get you to buy all this extra stuff. There is no statement that you are signing up for a subscription where the price increases exponentially. Once I was charged, I reached out immediately BEFORE the product was shipped. They refused to cancel my order. Therefore, I had to pay to ship back the product. I shipped back both orders because it is a huge pain to use the product. More than a week later, I’m still waiting for a refund.

This Scam targets Seniors and uses familiar and trusted faces like J Seymore to hook a vulnerable Senior Person into sending their money to them. Do Not fall for the scam. I wish I would have looked at Trust pilot first. I was trying to help my wife get something she wanted, but got hooked by these scammers instead. Shipped the product back when we discovered we were hooked into a "subscription" for cosmetics that didn't perform as advertised. No where in the initial purchase did they tell me I was signing up for a "subscription". They will tell you to "give it more time". Ya Right. They make you pay for the shipping to return the product and charge you a handling charge on top of that! I had to get my credit card company to decline the charge to get control of the situation, One step short of outright card cancellation. We are out $150.00 to these scammers. This scam went on for over 2 months before I got done with them. Don't fall for the scam! It took 2 months to get out of it!

They will say you signed up for reoccurring deliveries.

They will say that you can't speak to a manager.

They will tell you to send the product back and charge you for shipping.

They play the system by charging $100+ over months.

Your original receipt will show a one time purchase but an email says after you call the about the mistake that the next three months are being charged and sent.

Call your Credit Card immediately and cancel due to the scam!

They act like criminals.

I order once.
They keep sending products and charging, It's a trapped
I emailed to the email address they giving but it never go through.
Finally I called and told them to stop doing that.
Cheating customer

Scam. They sent me a notice to update my billing info or my membership would be cancelled. I did not update and expected them to cancel the membership. They sent me another box and still charged me. When I told them I wanted to cancel, they said i would have to pay for 2 more boxes that were never going to come. Had to report them to my credit card company to make sure they stopped charging me.

Absolutely horrible company with criminal practices.

Received first shipment, second shipment arrived. Cancelled within 60 day guarantee time. Paypal contact info for Cree Erase THE BODY FIRM LLC, isa NO REPLY email address. Customer service is awful. Cancelled and returned items in July or August. NO MORE PARCELS ARRIVED... BUT... I have been charged $94. and some change for July, was to be refunded. Again $94. and some change August, September and October. AI customer support is worthless.gojng to we site to cancel, as soon as cancel is marked, was put back on exact same page, over ad over and over. Phone customer support is off shore, about an hour wait, was fairly worthless too. While i was told all was cancelled, no more shipments or charges would occur. No additional parcels or product was received, BUT continued to charge my visa for 4 more months. Another long wait with customer support on phone... Have neen given partial refund, less shipping and handling. SHIPPING AND HANDLING on NO SHIPMENTS.
AVOID THIS COMPANY. Date of first experience noted, no place to add dates for Aug, Sept, Oct 2025...

***Update. I filed a complaint with my credit card services, I received a letter today that I got a full credit for the 2nd payment Crepe erase tried to take . Also the body firm refunded ( minus shipping) the 1st payment finally from the returned product.the moral of the story is don’t impulse buy check TrustPilot first! *** I purchased the product. I returned the product as instructed my first payment was never refunded and now I’m being billed a second payment for a product that I returned. I’ve contacted the company directly as instructed by the chat feature with no resolve. This company is horrible to deal with.

I was very disappointed. They are a rip off.. I canceled order and still received. The girl told me not to refuse when receive to ship back the way I wish and she would cancel order so could get all my money back. I dd not receive my money back for whole thing. They charged me shipping.

I went through a horrible experience with this company! They are a scam and should be arrested for fraud and stealing! I can not believe all of these reviews and people are still getting ripped off. I filed a dispute with my bank...i have the product and if they want it back they can send a label. Otherwise, its their loss! Stop steling people's money and being shady! This is a shame! I honestly don't think it's an American company! Go figure!

I placed the order after viewing the products on a tv ad not realizing that it was a subscription. I was then charged 30 days later for a 90-day supply without any prior notice. I would have expected an email prior to them charging my account but received none. I immediately went to the website and cancelled all upcoming shipments and called to speak to a customer service rep. The rep informed me that I was charged for one third of the three month supply that was shipped (not received yet) and that I would be charged 2 more times in the coming months. I told him that I was very upset because it was not clear that this was a subscription and I was not notified prior to them charging me the $91.07 for a shipment that I had not agreed to. He gave me an address to return the shipment to once I receive it and I will return it and keep a tracking record. I already read some bad experiences with the refund process so I'm ready for that. I will also contact my credit card company to stop any more charges from the Body Firm. This is a SCAM. I will definitely check with BBB before placing any orders from any company going forward. Too bad because even if they have a good product, I will not trust them and I hope others will read these reviews prior to ordering their products.

Terrible product fake advertising they keep charging you and sending it. Do not get taken do not buy

This was a terrible experience due to a recurring billing that was implemented. We ended up contacting our credit card company and Paypal to cancel because Crepe would not answer or return calls, emails, texts, or any method we tried to use to contact them.

Right after I purchased I knew they were sketchy with the incessant offers. Then they took a long time to ship and send me shipping info. I contacted them about cancelling and they told me it was already shipped even though their website said it wasn’t. Then I had to pay the ship it back to him which I was fine with, but they took out the shipping they sent to me which was like $16 out of my refund ridiculous company.

We are having the exact same issue with the company. Almost impossible to contact. Finally made contact, return product and they confirmed we would receive a refund, and they would not send anymore product. We returned the product exactly as directed. Today they charged our CC again and was planning to send a shipment. I think I caught it in time to stop the shipment. They once again promised a full refund. I will believe it when I see the money credited on my card

Don't do it!!!!! Will not let you cancel no matter what they advertise. Spent 30 minutes on hold, won't cancel, only delay delivery for a few months. Will have to call back again to cancel.

This is a marketing scam. Do I have crepey skin? Yes. Did this help? No. Not even a tiny bit. Then they tried to hook me into a subscription and continue to bill me even after I called and asked them to stop. STAY AWAY. YOU WILL REGRET THE HASSLE OF DEALING WITH THIS PRODUCE AND THEIR FALSE PROMISES.

The product made my skin dry. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach, you cannot access accoutn information through the so called customer portal. I followed the return procedures and 12 days after the package was received I still have not gotten my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This is the strangest company and how they do business which borders on fraudulent business practices. What they can do is post a very big disclaimer on their practices or change it. very irresponsible

Don’t order from this company. They sent a package for over$350.00 I didn’t order. After sending it back they only gave back $85 of my $133.+ payment they took. And then charged me again the next month another $113.+ 20 days after receiving their package back. So I got my bank involved hoping to get back something. And put a block on the third payment. So I’m out already over $50 because I had to pay to ship it back. So just saying be careful. This company is not credible.
