Don’t order from this company. They sent a package for over$350.00 I didn’t order. After sending it back they only gave back $85 of my $133.+ payment they took. And then charged me again the next month another $113.+ 20 days after receiving their package back. So I got my bank involved hoping to get back something. And put a block on the third payment. So I’m out already over $50 because I had to pay to ship it back. So just saying be careful. This company is not credible.

Like any lotion it temporarily makes it look nice. I used it on one arm for a month. I promise you they both look the same a month later. This is not a magic answer to crepey skin. Just put oil on it you'll get the same result. It looks nice while it's soaking up , but it is what it is in the end.

Didn’t realize till today that they kept charging my card every month. If they had been sending me products maybe I would have realized it. Total fraud!! Charging my card and will not answer my calls! I now have to call my credit card company for fraud!
Two weeks later and still no refund. I randomly got an email today from them that they are shipping my “order”!! I called my bank to dispute and I have proof

I did not authorize auto-renewals, cancelling was a nightmare and they still charged a payment - I just let it go to be done with this company. Be careful!

I chose one star so that I could write a review. I agree with the other customers, this is a scam. I tried both numbers to cancel my subscription, and I got disconnected because I didn't select an option to buy another of their products. The chat option is not functioning.

This product may be great for someone who does not work or has nothing else to do with their time. I just want out of this disaster.

scam …rip off… I ordered 1 time no free gift included as advertised… they sent another box with a $114 price tag I thought I’d try . Now they are saying that box was 3Payments of 114!! I’ve called multiple times can’t get through nothing but robots to talk to. BEWARE 142 complaints on Better Business Bureau site. Perhaps time for a class action lawsuit they’re ripping off old ladies let’s face it.

Scam have tried many times to cancel scam contract and product is no better than over the counter had to cancel my credit card

I ordered one time and a other later they charged my card and sent product I did not order. I have tried calling and customer service does not answer and tried email but nowhere to send request to credit the unjust charge. I tried chat but no success. This company is a scam. I reported to my bank.

The pros: The product has moisturizer properties. It has a pleasant aroma. Jane Seymour looks amazing!

The cons: The company doesn’t warn you that there is an auto renew. The product is on the expensive side. And, if you cancel, be prepared to donate a good 30 minutes to having their customer service argue, manipulate, give offers, and so on. I finally had to say “This is MY money and I will spend it how I see fit!”

I had no results after using this product and spending a fortune. When I tried to cancel the subscription, it was very difficult to do. I feel like if a product is good the company should not have to trap their customers into an ongoing subscription that is almost impossible to end.

What a joke! Products does not work! Scam! And almost impossible to stop subscription. It will take several (and I mean several) attempts to get them to stop charging ur acct! My advise - DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT

This is a scam company. Do not order ANYTHING EVER! They will act like you signed up for a subscription and they will keep sending you product even though you only made on order. Warning: Buyer Beware!

Company advertised a some lighting device with package .When mine arrived no light. I sent it back & asked for refund from Paypal which they did. Next month's package came & i paid for it & cancelled subscription. Now 8 months later they sent me a bill for my refund & to pay again for the same package I paid for . Can't talk to Customer service all robots. I'm angry & frustrated . DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

This is the most dishonest,
( deceitfully dishonest) company in my lifetime. They count on you focusing on if the product will work, as they charge your card.
Before you know it, you have received another package kit ( after 1 month , not 3) and your card shows $92.44 3x!! Shockingly dishonest.
And with 124 1 stars on Better Business Bureau and 184 on Trustpilot, it seems to me it is time for a class action suit against them.

I ordered Crepe Erase but didn’t realize it was Auto Subscribe. A charge appeared on my credit card (no email reminding of an upcoming shipment in my incoming or junk mail) so I went to the website to see if I could cancel. First it took several times before I could even sign in! Once in, I could not find the customer portal!! I had to have tried 5 times! Already frustrated, I called customer service. Waited 15 minutes to get someone on the phone. She walked through everything to cancel my account. However, she could not stop the order from shipping so I will have to return it once it arrives. I have a lot of online accounts that have auto ship. All of those accounts send a reminder email about shipments in case you want to cancel or change shipment dates! I have never had a problem once signed in finding the customer portal! This was so frustrating!! Not only that, but the price charged originally was one third of what I owed so I was also being told I would have to pay another $100+.

The product was ok! It’s nothing special. I ordered it for my husband but it wasn’t different really than other lotions you would use. The argument could be made that you need to use it for a longer period of time, but dealing with this website is too frustrating to deal with! I would never purchase again because of the site! Crepe Erase … update your site!

Called 3 times, put on hold for over 25 minutes, also trying to do an online chat waiting over 20 minutes.
Horrible customer service and BTW their product did nothing. I do not know how these companies exist with such poor service.

I called their toll free number four times, each time so long my call was dropped each time or they cut me off. So then I tried to use their virtual assistant. The virtual assistant finally connected me to a customer service rep through chat. After 30 minutes I was finally able to cancel my subscription. The product may work for a young well toned woman but not for an older woman with deep wrinkles. Also, their website is impossible to use.

After watching the ads, it looked too good to be true. AND it was TOO GOOD to be true!! This product did not live up to the hype!
Also, to keep the total initial package with the “free” gifts, it comes out to over $360!!! And don’t try to call to speak with anyone in Customer Service, expecting them to help because you will be extremely disappointed!!!
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!

I'm a 71-year old widower, (male). I tried the products for the first time, today, August 22, 2025.

I spent sometime reading product description and instructions. Once the site location and instructions were understood I began applying the formulations.

When applying the products according to directions, I discovered the beautiful sheen left on my face, neck and arms. The skin seemed to "glow", and I felt a tightening of the "crepey" neck, face and arms. The crepey skin simply says, under the force of gravity. The upward motion is to "reserve" gravity's force, and leave the skin taut and glowing.

I would give it a 0 if that were and option. This is a very deceptive company, and it doesn't explain that you will be charged 3 very high amounts of money over 3 months. I have sent messages via email that are never returned. When I called to cancel, I was given the run-around. I went to the website and found their statement that if you return the product within 60 days that you will receive a full refund, minus S/H, within 7 business days. I sent it back with a tracking number, and they received it a few days later. It have been 2 full weeks since, and no payment has been returned.
