Returned my shoes, they told me that they will refund my money within 10 days. We are now more than a month further, still haven’t got my money back. Also they’re not responding in my mails. Like how difficult is if to refund a customer’s money??????

Amazing customer service!!! My shoes came with the wrong laces, i emailed them and i got an reply soooo fast, plus they are so sweet !! Really fast shipping, amazing overall! I will definitely order from them again!

Excellent customer service still exist that’s all I can say, I ordered the wrong shoe size for my teenage boys immediate response back once I emailed them immediately took action and my boys correct sizes of shoes is on the way very much. Yes they are nice and fast

I literally just purchased the Strong 300 Limited Edition sneakers 10 mins ago in the wrong size! However, I sent an email directly after explaining my situation and they replied immediately notifying me that my size was now changed to the correct size! I haven’t received the sneakers yet of course, but the customer service is a 10/10! I can’t wait to receive my shoes!

I love my shoes, and shipping was super fast. When I initially purchased the shoes the lace had a noticeable snag. When I first reached out the customer service rep stated they did not see an issue with the string. However, I was able to show where the lace was impacted. Long story short, the team immediately replaced the strings and I received new ones within the week. Will purchase from again.

Customer support is a1, I ordered the wrong size shoe and I emailed them. They emailed me back within a couple hours and updated my order.

Reached out to customer service regarding my order. They wrote me back with an estimated shipping day and then I asked if I purchased the correct size giving them my US SIZE and they informed me that I picked the correct size and the response was quick and I appreciated that. Looking forward to receiving my shoes even more now.

My birthday event is this Saturday and Ive been in a rush overall so as soon as my parents sent me the money for my shoes I bought them right away without even checking the size. I checked to see if I could cancel the order but that wouldnt even had worked cause i needed them so soon. So i emailed them and asked for a size change and they changed the size and shipped my shoes within the same hour and answered back the same day

I ordered the wrong size and they emailed me back allowing me to get the wrong size without canceling my order!

I needed to order a couple of pairs of shoes for my fiancé to assist her in gait training. Since I had no idea what to get, I ordered what I thought was right. Turns out I was way off. I sent an email and was immediately chatting with a representative who was eager to assist me. Within 15 minutes my order was fixed with correct shoes. While I didn’t get the representative’s name, I am very grateful for their help. The representative went above and beyond to help me with my erroneous order
