I bought six strong and healthy cotoneaster plants in a half price special offer. They arrived promptly, well-packaged and I was able very easily to change the delivery day
Crocus is my go-to place for plants and other gardening needs.

Item arrived in timely manner, however was damaged. Customer service could not have been more helpful in rectifying this. Unfortunately replacement item also slightly damaged, due to date item was required for unable to request further replacement. We are having to make do with the item as is.

Lovely experience with Crocus. The hydrangea Annabelle arrived on time safely packed and is still alive and thriving. I am grateful for the quality of the product - a plant delivered alive in a heatwave is a big thing and I am pleased with the service overall too

Excellent great packaging

I bought some plants as a thank you to my daughter. She received them and they looked a little sorry for themselves, but picked up very quickly. Would certainly buy from you again

The plants would have been great if the had not been packed in an oversize box.
This meant that they fell over and all the delicate stems of the ferns were damaged and or broken off which was really disappointing. Plants were dispatched as expected but will now have to wait until next year to see how they shoot.

Quick delivery and excellent quality. The pots were just as described and look good on the patio. The 9cm pots each contain more than one plant so I can easily divide them; definitely good value and very healthy.

Easy to order online. Speedy delivery. Plant arrived well packed, on time and in great condition 👍. Plant is now looking very healthy.

The plants were very well packaged and arrived uninjured and in good condition. I have had disasters from other sellers in the past so it was a relief to see the care with which they had been packaged.

Ordered 3 plants from Crocus. Delivery scheduled with DX Express due yesterday. Not at home so added instructions on DX delivery website to leave parcel in garage and left garage door open. Missed delivery message. After much effort rescheduled delivery for today, same instructions but I am at home. Driver did not follow instructions and was taking parcel back. Said delivery not attempted yesterday! Crocus uses worst courier and delivers dead plants!

plants arrived fine , they are doing well though suffering from the unexpected not normal UK heat this year, but thats not Crocus fault.
Must admit I didnt expect them to take off so well for their first year but will flower soon which is a bonus.

Beautiful plants delivered on the day expected. Some were damaged by the carelessness of the courier and Crocus replaced them with no quibble.

Given 5 star due to the well packed items, in fact so well,took me sometime to release the lovely plants from the box.
Understandable they had to be packed well.
The plants looked lovely & healthy, & were planted same day as arrived. It’s only just now that the flowers are on way out.
Look forward to next year for a lovely display

Past experience with plants has not been good and this time I was given a gift card so had no choice. After 2 weeks I was told by (outsourced) customer service that my order was lost in the post! I think Crocus is one of the expensive sellers and I definitely won’t be using again!
