Arrived quickly and well packed
Arrived quickly and well packed . Plants are very small didn’t have as strong roots as we had hoped . Hope they all grow stronger good selection of plants it would be nice to have more offers though

Terrible delivery service
Terrible delivery service. First order arrived so late, plants were non existent only dry earth. Got a replacement that never even turned up. 3rd attempt of the original order, I asked to use a different delivery method as it was obvious the plants were taking far too long to arrive, but was told that was not possible as it was the warehouse that dealt with that. They eventually arrived and the plants were dead again. What is going on? Delivery used to be fast and reliable.

Superb service!
Dispite a hiccup with the courier (external) the plants arrived in superb condition. Excellent communication, brilliant packaging to protect the plants and superb prices, my first order won't be my last.
Having used several large plant suppliers over the years and lost countless plants in transit, this has shown that it is possible to get quality plants delivered.
