The plants I ordered came well boxed.Each plant was a healthy specimen. Even in the heat wave they were delivered healthy and with plenty of moisture. I will use this company again.

The first plant was badly packaged
The first plant was so badly packaged and had been in the packaging so long, it died within a couple of days.
Your customer service has redeemed you by sending a healthy replacement and a refund, for which I thank you, however the first experience has discouraged me from using your company.

Plants were great but arrived in a poor state due to the way the delivery firm handled them. Plants were upside down in a damaged carton. I have been giving them lots of tlc so they are recovering nicely. Suggest you use a different delivery firm.

Excellent company to buy plants from online
I ordered some hedging plants from Crocus and they arrived quickly and well packed but due to the extreme heat, one of the hedging plants looked quite sick after the journey. I planted it out anyway but sadly it died. I contacted Crocus and sent photos and they were brilliant as they immediately sent out a replacement plant, which also arrived quickly. The plant is now in the flowerbed and is looking very healthy. I would recommend Crocus as a company to buy plants from as my experience was very positive.

The plants were securely packed however…
The plants were securely packed however out of the 6 plants one looked very fragile. It had been protected from the extreme weather and regularly watered but has now shed all its leaves. There was no information regarding the plant so I don’t know if there is any chance of a recovery.

Excellent Customer Services
Good service. My plants arrived within days and all but one are growing well. However one died within two days.
I think this was not helped by the courier used. In very hot weather it is not ideal to have plants in a hot van for a day or two. My plants did not arrive until the evening and were very warm in their packaging. Crocus offered to replace the plant, which I am very happy with.

I ordered some snapdragon seeds in May
I ordered some snapdragon seeds in May. I planted them in 3 containers and in my garden in one corner. I have been cultivating/ watering them and am absolutely horrified to find that what I am actually growing is lambs weed. I have other containers in my garden where I did not plant these seeds so there is absolutely no mistake

My plants arrived really dry with most of the soil tipped out
I realised conditions haven't been ideal with the heat but I ordered from another company and plants were well watered in their little pots with plastic wrapped around to prevent spillage These plants are thriving but sadly yours didn't survive 😢
