Poor customer support
I bought a product from them which was branded 'Kennedy' - Cromwell said this was their own brand name. The instruction booklet contained no contact details of who to go to for support and it was not very clear on some points. The device had to be loaded with a cartridge which involved unscrewing the top. The top was so tight , however, that I could not budge it with my hands . I rang Cromwell for assistance and the operator referred my inquiry to their technical team - but they never got back to me.

I recently tried to contact you by telephone to discuss your experience personally, however I was unable to reach you. As I was unable to speak with you, I have also sent an email in the hope that we can better understand the issue and see if there is anything we can do to help.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the instruction booklet and understand how frustrating it must have been when you were unable to remove the top of the device to load the cartridge. Great serve and product
