I ordered a pair of boots, which were as described and fit well. They arrived well before the delivery date I was given. So I am a satisfied customer. The only slight puzzle I had was that when i was emailed with a delivery date, the company named was not the one I had ordered from. It seems it was from a parent company. Not a problem though.

Delivery arrived very fast. Goods were as described. Prices were very competitive. Only complaint was that box was a bit bashed when it arrived, although this was most likely due to the delivery company. I wouldn't have been that bothered normally as goods were still fine but this is a gift and as such will be presented in the box. Overall, very happy.

Really pleased with this coat. Did a lot of research for a Ladies Stockman type coat for doggy walking purposes! Was tired of the usual jackets and waterproof leggings. I ordered the navy blue coat. I am 5' 3" and it sits mid calf - great when it rains - the water just runs down the coat onto my wellies.
The hood is excellent- actually stays put and the leg attachments mean the coat doesn't blow open. Nice quality and quite smart too.

I bought a Barbour jacket last week. I was wary of the service as the price looked too good to be true (£60 less than I had found anywhere else). I needed the jacket urgently and called to see if I could pay extra to have it delivered extra quickly. The last in the phone was great. She explained the delivery procedure and seemed quite confident that the jacket would arrive within the 36 hour window I had.

I received an email later that day to say the jacket had been dispatched. I had ample opportunity to rearrange the delivery to a neighbour or to leave it in a safe place and I was able to track the package brilliantly. I was given an hour slot in which my parcel was due to be delivered and I was delighted to receive it less than 24 hours after I had ordered it. And that's the standard delivery!!

And the coat is perfect. I would definitely recommend!

Found a great show jacket in the sale on the website. Details were sent regarding delivery and options given incase I needed to change delivery date or add a neighbour/ safe place. This was great as I wasn't sure if I was going to be in on day of delivery. Delivery was quick and the jacket was lovely, perfect fit and such a good price!

The website was so easy to work and payment process was simple. What surprised me the most was how fast and efficient the delivery was.
