I ordered a pair of Mountain Horse Polar Breeches and a Musto Canter BR1 Jacket. Both arrived promptly. The Jacket is fabulous and fits well. the breeches are too big. I emailed the company using the email address on the invoice but have yet to receive a response after 4 working days. I also returned the breeches but have had no acknowledgement of this. The telephone number on the letter headed invoice does not work. Starting to get worried.

What online shopping should be every time.

Top Quality Barbour jacket
I had been looking for a ladies Barbour jacket for a good while but they all seemed expensive. I came across CrossCountry website and saw the jacket I wanted at £70.00 cheaper!
It arrived within 2 days perfectly wrapped with great care. I love the jacket, gorgeous wine colour, I would highly recommend this company when purchasing a Barbour.
