My partner initially contacted the company to enquire about stock, as there was only one item left this was put on hold so that the order could be arranged online by myself (I was paying with my credit card!) The order went through no problem at all and the item was received promptly the next day.

coat arrived promptly great delivery service, but when i tried the coat on the zip got caught in the material at the side of the zip! I had to cut the material to get the coat off and it is slightly too small but now I can't return it. Not your fault but I think the coat is badly designed.

iId been looking for a decent, warm coat for the winter and after several online visits to other suppliers and a shopping trip without much success came across Cross Country. I'd decided on the Jack Wolfskin Helium- down filled jacket. Cross Country were by far the cheapest retailer and, even though I'd ordered between Christmas and New Year the order was despatched and delivered within two working days! Great service and value

Easy website navigation, great pricing, consistent and timely communication, amazing delivery service, I cannot fault the experience.

We chose a Barbour coat that was being sold at about £80 less than the recommended price. The coat was perfect, the service was quick with instant order acknowledgement, very fast despatch notification and delivery that was fast and in the one hour window that we were advised of. Overall a really excellent company to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Was cautious about ordering as had not heard of company before. I need not have worried, delivery was amazingly quick (and during Christmas and New Year period as well). Received constant emails on delivery status and even received a delivery window so didn't have to stay in all day. Boots are wonderfully warm and comfortable, lovely quality. Can't wait to test how waterproof they are, puddles are a bit muddy at the moment and don't want to get them dirty :-) I would happily recommend the boots and Cross Country Style (Guisborough Priory Saddlery)
