Avoid at all cost
I am glad I have never took it further than just registering with the company but about to submit complaint to FCA - these guys are breaking the law and do not care!
Emailed a number of times - had a few responses with promises and then quiet... Beware as it looks like a proper scam

As a borrower my experience was very positive. Had no problem with communication and found the team very helpful. Crowd2fund made our expansion possible when other sources of finance were either not interested or quoting beyond ridiculous interest rates.

They do not answer emails, support tickets and have removed their phone number due to ‘technical issues’. Lies. We not stupid. Give me my funds back or next communication is via my solicitor.

We raised funds through the platform, as a more mature business we know our data, this helped our pitch.
Our raise went well, seemed to tick up very quickly and after a couple of weeks we were over the line so as a first experience very good.

I have been trying too withdraw money for several months but account won't let me and can't get hold of anyone

I have been receiving texts and emails every couple of hours telling me Inam one of 100 chosen to make special investments in cryptocurrency (which I don’t understand and wouldn’t touch with a barge pole!) in exchange I will be offered ‘special bonuses. The invitation is written in pigeon English, full of grammatical errors, so maybe someone has stolen their email list and is spamming it?

I have been using the app since 2 years and it has it's technical glitches but the customer care team more than compensates for any issue that arises very promptly. I needed assistance with account info update and moving funds and I was given assistance within 10-30mins of raising a query over an email!

No response from questions asked. This has happened multiple times. The latest updates on an investment is well out of date and stated things would happen by X date and months after that passes still nothing. They don't seem to be interested in keeping customers up to date on their investments. Also showing my investment as 'successful' when in an IVA!! That's not success is it!

response: you've repeatedly failed to respond to my questions on your own site and now you want me to log a support ticket! Plain to see where your company is going wrong!

Be very careful when using this platform. The Director Guarantee gives absolutely no protection. 58% of my investments are now in default. With cash bond interest rates being currently much higher why risk this platform. Cannot get my money out quick enough, which is also not easy.

I do not usually leave a review but I do not usually experience such great service. The whole team were great from start to finish, especially Chelsea and Russell. The timescales from going live to receiving the funding was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for Chelsea. They kept me up to date and were very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend Crowd2Fund if you are looking for funding.

There is a good quantity and quality of companies that have the courage to borrow capital. You have a wide choice to balance your risks. My thumb is turned up.

Been registered since April 19, very pleased with return, i do have a couple of loans that are behind and would really like greater and more frequent updates on those.
The site is very easy to use and I like the downloads buttons to extract details which are very helpful.
