Had our double glazing fitted two weeks ago and from start to finish a fantastic Company and fitters.
Would recommend to anyone looking for double glazing

Received a cold call for a free assessment of my current windows and normally i wouldn't entertain one but for whatever reason i accepted.So glad i did, a guy came out did a small demonstration of what difference their glass in my windows could achieve and explained how the improvements are reached which made it all the more believable. I asked for a quote for the windows downstairs believing i would pay a premium but when the price came back i was so blown away i had the full house done. The windows have now been in around 6 months and whilst iv'e not gone through a winter yet i have noticed through my app for my heating that my open plan living room is retaining its heat in much better. This had been an issue for a while but the new glass has certainly made a difference. The guy who did the job was pleasant ,on time and tidied up any mess and i was so impressed with the whole product from start to finish iv'e since had both rear and front doors replaced as well, benefiting from a loyalty discount simply because i'm a past customer.

Perfect job by crown glazing what a lovely set people. Helped us with everything and would recommend to every body looking for new glazing.
Awais and khuram were amazing as they were very calm and didn’t pressure us at anytime through the process.

Khurrum advised initially about quality, cost and experience of the job. The installation was carried out by a crew that was polite, efficient and skillful. The finish was better than expected and the gutters etc are the best along the road. I would have no hesitation in advising anybody to employ crown glazing. A job well done.

Took £1000 deposit from elderly vulnerable couple and order was cancelled the following day but has taken numerous emails that are never acknowledged or answered and a minimum of 2 calls everyday for 101 days before they have finally paid back what was guaranteed to be returned. They lied every time we phoned them. Do not trust them with any type of order. They will lie to you in the hopes you give up.

Windows are lovely and clear.
Excellent process from signing to installation.
would recommend again.
Fitters were superb.
awais and illyas were a credit to the firm very pleasant.

I'm really pleased to recommend the company to anyone whom is looking to replace the windows. I've received top quality service and the price was just amazing. Massive call out to both fitters Matthew and Paul , both of the gentlemen's where really professional and theirs work is something what company should be proud of.
Apart from quality, price and general service I would like to mention a great experience I had with customer service department as I did not have any problems and everything went smoothly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS THAT PREY ON THE VULNERABLE.
In may 2023 they took a £1,000 deposit, job was cancelled the following day and deposit was due to be returned to us within 28 days. It is now day 86 and still no refund received, even after several promises to repay us. We have sent 5 emails and 12 phone calls and they are still trying to rip us off with poor excuses that the director is the only one who can do this, but is never available and seems to have no name! Disgusting and we will be reporting them and taking matters further. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS

Pay me back the £1400 you took from me as payment for a job that you didn't do

We were convinced to buy new windows by salesman in our home. 2 week cooling off assured.After consulting another firm decided to cancel order day after ,7.6.23.
We still have not received our deposit back despite numerous phone calls and empty promises.

So after placing the initial enquiry I had the rep come out to do a measure up sadly this was not a good experience and was a big damper on my thought process of weather to go ahead or not. A very rude experience.

Let put this episode aside, so after speaking to the staff at the office I placed my order. Brilliant telephony skills and attitude.

I got given a time scale and then get another call to say they can fit me in earlier which was a brilliant result.

The fitters have come and it’s raining heavy (August 2023) but hey ho these 2 guys (Paul and Matthew) turn up on time fully professional and most importantly happy and polite. Actually happy to be working.

The day commenced and the chaps battled the rain and delivered and fantastic end result.

Talking me through every bit of the process and what they doing and why, basically to avoid any doubts I may have.

The ends result was fantastic and I’m overly happy.

I think the scoring on trust pilot doesn’t give a true reflection of this company and should be way higher.

Having been phoned by this company to offer a "free" efficiency check on my admittedly ageing windows, I agreed and set up an appointment for the 7th July 2023. I still had to suffer two more confirmation calls as a result!
The ”surveyor" duly arrived, sat down and asked if my wife was about. As it was she had unexpectedly had to go to my daughter's, so wasn't present. The surveyor mumbled something about the company being in trouble with Trading Standards, were they (Trading Standards) to do a check with me. This made no sense to me. He then said he'd have to rearrange the appointment, to which I said 'No, don't bother wasting my time again.' Whereupon he left!!!
Since then I've had about five phone calls from this company, all offering a free energy efficiency survey!!I
I've never experienced a more dysfunctional company, I've got ageing double glazing, ripe for replacement, and even if they arrive at my address, will not give me a quote!!!
I'm a little surprised this company stays in business, as they have very strange sales strategies.

What a hopeless company.I am disgusted!Their telephone sales people phoned & I agreed for them to come as some of my windows were cloudy.The Rep was lovely. There were initial problems making the appointment as I am deaf & due to a problem with my hearing aids I cannot hear on the telephone.My son was on the phone but they were reluctant but accepted the appointment. The rep came & I decided which windows I wanted replacing. Paid the deposit he asked for & surveyor was supposed to come last Friday.Noone arrived! Myson phoned them & they said he had broken down! Made another appointment for Monday. No one came.I have emailed them 3 times & heard nothing! No apology,no explanation.As far as I am concerned this is "discrimination against a person with a disability" they have been requested to text my mobile or email me.I have heard nothing!! What a loadofrubbish!
