Purchased the strap at a premium price…
Purchased the strap at a premium price tag compared to other nato straps. The strap isn't terrible but very very coarse on the corners. The buckle was the worst...it's so sharp it would puncture skin! I was going to do a return until I read "you can't return any straps that have been taken out of the plastic wrapping"...ummmm how are you supposed to know if the strap is any good? They never replied to my email when I questioned if I could send it back. Fortunately I had some buckles off of other straps and some fine grit sandpaper to lighten up the edges of the strap and can make it work. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN...and I buy alot of straps. You've been warned.

Our return policy does not state that the plastic can't be taken off, and we have never denied a return for that, especially since the plastic falls off by itself in many cases. We reply to every email we receive, and quite quickly I might add. While it's rare that something lands in spam or something like that, this might have been missed, for which we apologize. We requested more information via this review, but the request was ignored, so we aren't able to look into it further since the fictitious name "T Lastname" was used on this brand-new Trustpilot account.
