Delivery was due today and has not arrived despite me arranging to stay in all day.
I've had no communication to advise that it would be late and there will not be anyone here if it's delivered tomorrow.

Disappointing experience
Used the Blackpool store today and I’m disappointed that they didn’t allow a legal refund that was within their terms and conditions.
I ordered a wrong size by accident, I know this was my silly mistake (click and collect) and asked the counter staff if I could return it as it wasn’t big enough ( I hadn’t left the store with the product). He told me I couldn’t and that I would have to get in contact with the website to arrange. So as I’d made the mistake I paid more money to get the correct size.
I looked at the terms and conditions on the website and he should have processed the return. So now I’m out of pocket because he would not let me exercise my legal distance selling rights. The product was 60% more expensive as a result over a competitor.

The lady in the store (didn’t get her name) made up our colour and then suggested an even better product for our needs despite mixing a special colour. Amazing customer service, a bit rare these days
