Crown Decorating Centres Reviews 

Bought wallpaper x3 for nearly £130, was advised by Dereham staff id'd need 3 rolls, only needed 2 so took the 3rd back with receipt, refused to accept unused return as they had had to order it in... was NOT told of this important piece of info at the time of purchase.. will not be using store again.. several more rooms to re-decorate but will use someone else.

Update:
following an email recd call from Branch Manager Tim who was very professional, he advised the returns policy was to be found instore in their T@C's , I told him I thought this was quite underhand and who would read such an item when buying wallpaper, and that customers should be told prior to purchase, the situation has now been rectified and I thank him for his courtesy.

2 of the three tins purchased had a different consistency - from gluppy to watery with Sadolin Classic Burma Teak. The gluppy product needed 3 coats, the watery one, needed at least 5

Absolutely superb customer service. I am a keen and frequent DIYer, and female. I have to fight imposter syndrome going into trade places! These guys are always above and beyond helpful, really good advice, guide you on the best products without ever trying to sell per se. Great prices, excellent products and really good people. Love this place and will be a loyal customer.

The staff member in the Cowley Oxford branch was so friendly and helpful, even though I arrived 10 mins before store close. Just a really easy going 'can do' person.

Not really one for reviews, but here I am. I telephoned Stirling Crown Decorating Centre with a special paint request and spoke with Paul who was very positive and said he could help. On visiting the store today, Paul went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I left with what I asked for. Outstanding customer service. A very welcoming, friendly and funny trio. Thank you also to the young lad who assisted (the one with the most incredible blue eyes!) Highly recommend. Thank you all so much.

Excellent service easy to pick up web order

Paint didn't arrive when advised and still hasn't; no communication.

Just so easy. Rang ahead as only one tin and on my dinner hour before collection time. They said I could collect it. Very friendly and helpful....first time using. Will use again.
