We ordered a pergola from Crownhill, although there was a shipping delay, once the company received the shipment the delivery and installation were faultless. Ours was installed by Greg & Jack and they were very friendly to deal with and the finished job looks fantastic and we are delighted with our purchase

We ordered the 3.6m x3m pergola in anthracite with a privacy screen on one side. The ordering process and customer service were very good. We got a call the day before the delivery and installation which was carried out by Radek and Max. They were very polite and the installation was done in a very quick and efficient manner. All the packaging was taken away. Very pleased and would recommend.

Had our pergola fitted by Radek & Max today who couldn’t have been more professional and efficient. They installed the shuttered pergola and blind and went through how to work everything before leaving, it was all finished in under 2 hours - amazing

Very pleased with the quality of the product. A well manufactured piece of kit and the colour, pebble, goes really well with our white porcelain patio tiles. The team of Greg and Jack were very efficient, friendly and polite and erected the pergola in no time at all and left the site clear of all packaging. We ordered a 3m x 3m pergola which was delivered on 04.07.25. We opted for it being put up by their team Greg & Jack. They were brilliant, totally lived up to the legend of Polish builders, unpacked the pergola, installed and took away all the packaging with super efficiency and cheerful disposition. Job well done! Also a shout out to Kim and Lee at Crownhill. Great team, we were so impressed by the service we received that we went back and have now ordered garden furniture. Extremely satisfied customers.

Really great service, love the product which was a garden pergola. The installation team were great, well worth getting them in to do it. They knew exactly what they were doing and allowed us to make some decisions. Got it up inside a couple of hours and checked were were fully happy and didn't want to make any adjustments.

Ordered a Pergola in January and was finally fitted Yesterday ( 17/06/25), The delay was in the Shipping and was out of Crownhill's hands , we understood the situation and held out for the delivery.
A wise choice, we are so happy with the end result, Tommy,Kim were very helpful, and Lee phoned me to explain the delay and put my mind at rest then arranged a delivery date.

Excellent service from Crownhill Garden Centre. I was very impressed by Kim's professional, knowledgeable and approachable manner when enquiring about their Nova Pergolas. She couldn't have been more helpful and answered my numerous questions. We finally opted for the 6m x 3m with 5 shutters. After consideration, we also paid for it to be installed. The best decision we made! Gregory and Costa arrived on time with numerous boxes. They paid great attention to the installation of our pergola. Having taken their advice, we moved the location of the pergola, to a much better area. They advised us as to which way was best for the shutters. Placement was carefully measured and they took all packaging away. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again, and definitely recommend you get your gazebo installed by the experts. We are delighted with the quality of our gazebo and the company who provided and installed it.

I bought the 3.6m x 3m Titan nova pergola. First of all the quality of the pergola is amazing and from initial ordering to recieving was as good as you could want. Special mention to the install team Gregor and Lukazs who was so professional and efficient when building the pergola taking the time to show me how everything works and taking away all cardboard away. I ordered a Nova Titan 3.6 x 3.6 Pergola from Crownhill Garden Furniture Ltd. From the initial ordering process through to installation the service was first class and excellent. Tommy and Kim were the contacts and we were kept fully updated at all times. I had to delay the delivery because we were having a new base with slabs laid and the contractor was unable to do the work until April. This was no problem to Crownhill. We had arranged for Crownhill to build the Pergola. Gregor and Lukaz contacted us early on the morning of the installation and were there at the arranged time. Gregor and Lucaz worked really hard in very heavy rain and did an excellent job. Both boys respected our property and were so very friendly and helpful. The Pergola was built in no time at all and is an asset to our garden. I cannot praise Crownhill Garden Furniture Ltd. and Gregor and Lukaz highly enough for the excellent work that was carried out. I would highly recommend the Company to anyone who is looking to purchase a Pergola or garden furniture.
