Kimberley 5 star service !!!
Through a difficult and turbulent time, with our flights being cancelled due to conflict in the middle east, Kimberley was incredibly supportive, helpful, patient and really cared about us getting to our cruise in Australia. She constantly kept us updated and worked to find us an alternative way of getting to our ship in Sydney. She was extremely down to earth but very professional and made us feel that she would sort it out for us, which she did. Please pass on our thanks for a job well done.

Australian cruise
After worrying times around travelling through the middle east to get our cruise in Australia, Olivia at Cruise nation arranged us to fly us a different route at our request.She made sure we were happy and made assured. Also we have managed to get ourselves a extra 2 day post cruise in Sydney at no extra cost thanks to Olivia's hard work.
Although it was a bit longer to get there we were happy to have the security that we should make our cruise safe and sound. Great to deal with someone who genuinely tried to make things good out of a bad situation.

Professional and supportive service
We were about to go on a cruise to Australia. Unfortunately the flights there were via the UAE and were affected by hostilities in the Middle East. This effectively stopped us from going away as we were taking FOCD advice on travel via this country. We contacted Cruise Nation and whilst there was a large degree of uncertainty they did help us to re-book another cruise albeit in a different area and later in the year. Initially Kimberly guided us through this followed by Scott. The service we received in the end was excellent. We realise we were luckier than many people who have been stranded and extremely faced a very difficult situation. Considering the pressure that Cruise Nation were under and must have been inundated with many customers with similar issues. We feel that they were very professional and positive. We can't thank them enough.

Unbelievable professional service …
So today I had the most incredible service from Olivia, as a retired travel agent I know how stressful it gets when issues in the world happen to cause so many changes (covid, wars etc). Olivia was efficient knowledgeable and completely dedicated to sorting out re routing us to get to our cruise avoiding the Middle East airlines(which we are still booked with). Nothing was any trouble even though we were just over the two weeks before travel she realised that we happily would bring our flights forward, yes we had to pay more but she explained fully how much we would get refunded once or if the Qatar airline would allow free cancellation (due to airspace being closed). Thank you and thank you to Kaleigh who also supported me a week or so ago. You are both a credit to your company.

Offered perfect holiday

Conflict in the Gulf - return flight cancellation
As a result of the recent conflict in the Gulf, our return flight was cancelled. Initially, the airline was not offering any support or rerouting of flights, and as a result, we were stranded in Hong Kong. During this extraordinary time, Kimberely, at Cruise Nation, worked tiredlessy to look after our safety and wellbeing. She made us feel that we were her priority, and it was a real comfort to know that we had someone back in the UK fighting our corner. I can't imagine the amount of time and effort she had to put in to secure our flight home, but she somehow worked her magic. A big thank you to Kimberely and other Cruise Nation staff who supported us during this extraordinary period, and helped us get back home - it was very much appreciated!

Virgin Voyage cruise amendment to booking
I booked a Virgin Voyage cruise with cruise nation for myself and three colleagues. When booking we were given 2 cabins on deck 8 and after reviewing the cabins we wanted to change decks. Therefore, started to be in contact with Kimberley at booking management via email. She was very polite and helpful with dealing with my request through emails in which I believe we had a good outcome on upgrading the cabins to deck 11.
To a point where I would be happy to communicate with Kimberley again, which I have about booking another cruise early next year.
