Great service
The airline had changed the flight time of the returning plane from Rome following our cruise. We contacted Olivia at Cruise Nation who was fantastic in managing the situation for us. She explained the situation and found a solution (same airport but earlier in the day) which suited our needs. This was at no extra cost. She managed this very efficiently and promptly. Really pleased with how well the team at Cruise Nation resolved this for us.

Disappointed
We have booked numerous cruises through Cruise Nation & have been loyal customers. Unfortunately we have had a bad experience with them this time. Their agent made an error on the booking with my husband’s name. This affected all the flights, resulting in my husband being given different booking reference numbers to myself. Which resulted in confusion with our extra leg room seats booking. Causing us to have to repurchase the extra leg room seats.
When we emailed a complaint expecting an apology all we got was the agent who caused the error blaming every else but himself. This trip was expensive as we travelled to Canada & it included internal flights. There were other things too but this was the main complaint. It became extremely stressful because of his error. An apology would have been nice. Unfortunately it has put us off using them again.

Scott was great! Very helpful.
This was my second time booking with Cruise Nation. Scott Martin was the agent that helped me this time and he was super helpful. No questions were too much and he even helped me fix my name on the airline ticket. My name is a long name and the airlines always mess it up! If it doesn't get fixed before I board, it will cause massive delays for me at the airport. Told Scott about the error which was not at all his fault, and he fixed it with the airline in no time (within the hour!). I really appreciated that and it just gave me piece of mind. He was also very helpful when I was booking the cruises (I booked 2!). It's just so nice to talk to a real person instead of just booking online. They help you so much and Cruise Nation have always been patient and gives stellar service, no matter who you speak to. Highly recommend!
