my battery has decreased in performance.over time i tried to completely discharge the battery fully but the battery performance is the same.tried to ask company for replacement but was told battery doesn't cone under warranty all I wish to Phil that problem was to get a new battery would so solve it all

The Commuta Pro Max is solidly built and a joy to ride.

Good looking bikes however poor quality that you can buy from China at a fraction of the cost, my bike turned up with a broken stand, I’ve tried to reach out to support on numerous occasions and I’ve simply been ignored.

I bought two identical scooters from Cruzaa and the whole family loves them. Mainly for my son, he’s been using his and lending the spare ones to a friend to get places. This is the first time we’ve owned a scooter so can’t compare with others, but honestly, it is so easy to use, very smooth and straight forward, they look stylish and feel robust. Absolutely love it and I was very impressed by the personable customer service, understanding the use and giving the best advice.

I bought this bike for my son and he absolutely loves it. The e-scooter oozes quality and is very robust in build; it's built to last. The customer service has been wonderful and we would like to give a big thank you to Josh for his input and support.
After checking out various makes and models, this stands head and shoulders above the rest, highly recommended product.

I have tried a number of scooters but having received mine yesterday I have to say hands down that this is the best e-Scooter I have had the privilege of riding and owning.

Before I get onto the scooter, I want to take a moment to acknowledge Josh Platts the Sales and Service Advisor at Cruzaa.

Thank you Josh for a very enjoyable shopping experience. Josh is a consummate Professional he kept me informed and updated all the step of the way. I was so impressed that I surprised Cruzaa with a free promotion why? Because they are absolutely worth it!

Now back to the amazing e-Scooter which as luck would have it is currently reduced at the time of writing this review from £999.99 to £699.99, you only need to take a look at their websites "cruzaa Family" tab to see the Class of A list celebrities who are proud to put their names behind Cruzaa Electric scooters.

We might have lost the iconic Great British mini Cooper but the best of British manufacturing has risen from the ashes just like the Phoenix rising from the ashes by way of the Cruzaa e-byke and e-Scooter series.

It would be my dream to see the quality and unbeatable prices we currently see with their current products extend and grow to automotive and even space technology. I pray and claim this for Cruzaa and they will achieve it if they continue to do what has brought them this far.

The delivery yesterday was right on the button. No sooner had Josh called me to expect the tracking number in my email did the doorbell ring.

To my delight it was the delivery driver. I wasted no time in opening the package and glancing through the user manual which was very easy, clear and easy to read with pictural illustrations through out.

The bike was assembled and within 15 minutes max (it was actually more like 10 minutes)

The battery was a Piece of cake to remove while I waited for the charger indicator to turn from red to green. Which meant the the battery 🔋 was fully charged. This took approximately 3 hours.

Then came the time to give it a go. I had pre ordered full protective gear from amazon. I will post a link 🔗 at the end of this review for those interested in viewing promotional video 📹.

My experience of riding the The e-Scooter was truly a fantastic experience.

With a top speed of 25 km/h (15.5 mph it has 3 modes:
BEGINNER, Normal and Sports mode.

Each mode has its top speed and each mode has automatic cruises control.

So if you maintain a speed in any of the 3 modes for 6 seconds it maintains that speed in cruise control until the break or thrust leaver is pressed.

It has got a Horn 📯 and remarkably bright 🔆 front LED and red rear LED lights as well.

It really is the best on the market in my honest opinion.

Also take a look at the size of the wheels, they are larger for safety reasons and are inflatable so they also offer shock absorption. Pure genius on the part of the designers. It's like they thought of everything.

Giving the difficult 22 month the world has had to endure during this pandemic we could all do with a bit of early festive tidings and joy.

hi- would love to purchase this as it's power yet portability make it really desireable- but im confused- how are you supposed to use it if it isn't road legal? from what ive researched online you cant seem to be allowed to use a priveately owned escooter in a public area- but would this still be considred an escooter despite its size? thanks
