Honestly impressed with the beautiful glass image. I am so excited to give it to my husband for his birthday.

I originally ordered a crystal for my Grandmother’s 90th birthday (a full size and 2 free mini crystals) and provided a photo from over 70 years ago! I wasn’t sure if the photo would be good enough quality but wow!! The photo of my Grandparents on their wedding day was brought to life in the stunning crystals that arrived exactly when they were due. I loved them so much that I immediately placed an order for more crystals in memory of my Uncle who recently passed away and they arrived this week and are also stunning. I very highly recommend Crystal Face. Such amazing technology and gifts that look incredible and will last forever.

I ordered from you guys and have had no reply no nothing have rang multiple times no reply and also rang and left emails I’m not going to report to police as I won’t stand for someone scamming me especially when the gift is for my sons birthday disgusting behavior from this company DO NOT BUY!!!!

Non existent customer service, LED light base was missing from my delivery, emailed several times and left voicemails on phone number that no one answers! Still waiting for a reply 2 weeks later! Will not use again or recommend to anyone else.

Well what a disappointment! Tom was very friendly and helpful in the beginning. First warning was that I had to chase and chase for weeks to get the lasered crystal I’d ordered, £250 worth paid up front on PayPal. It eventually arrived and was stunning! Until I spotted a spelling mistake! Tom was devastated and promised to replace it, and that was the last I’ve heard from him. No return calls, nothing. Openly admitted he had financial difficulties. If I ever get my replacement correctly spelled product, I’ll take this review down.

Firstly, the item itself is great. The amount of time it took and the communication with this company is the reason for the 1 star.
I ordered this item as a gift. Based on your site information, I should have had this item with three weeks to spare before I needed it. After a week passed the estimated dispatch date, I sent numerous e mails, called and left messages, all of which were ignored. Only when I logged a PayPal dispute did I get a dispatch e mail, and my item, a week too late

Placed an order on 13th April still not received anything have emailed got an automated response no one answers the phone... beginning to think this is a SCAM

You have redeemed yourselves.. Crystal block arrived today.. Along with a free keyring for being so late which was a Lovely touch.

Still not received my item, nobody is responding to my emails. Scam.
The response from the seller is 100% incorrect as no attempts have been made to deliver the item. No calling cards were left and I did not request a redelivery, and nobody refused a delivery. I cannot state who is giving out the incorrect information as the courier could well be giving out misinformation. I have not received the item, no attempts made to deliver the item and now I am being asked to pay for a redelivery?

I ordered the first one in December 2020 and was really pleased with it. I then ordered another two.

They are fantastic and have been an amazing gift – they were received very well by the recipients! In fact the one friend who received her gift from me has asked me where I got it as a few people have asked her!

My crystal arrived with a flaw across the front, i was promised a speedy replacement in a few days, that has not happened. I have sent repeated emails to this company which have not been acknowledged. Not happy as this was a gift for a special anniversary.

Hi, i had a problem with my 1st crystal that arrived with a crack along the front, this was replaced after a little wait, with an extra small gift to say sorry.

Have ordered alot from crystal face as they are amazing so beautifully made will be ordering many more to come
