Website stated 2 -3 week delivery so I ordered some lockers. Was informed that due to high volumes the order would be delayed to 6 weeks, after 6 weeks the same thing happened - due to high volumes the order was delayed. All this time the website still stated 2-3 weeks. After advising that I would be contacting my Card issuer and requesting a charge back the lockers were miraculously delivered.

I have just received my 3rd Hero locker today. As with my other purchases the customer service is excellent. From order through to delivery I received emails to confirm order received, order dispatched and a further email from the courier. Locker arrived well packed and in perfect condition. I love these lockers - I use them in my garage and they are perfect. Easy to move around (when empty) they look modern, clean lines and hold a lot of gear. On a final
note it’s a pleasure to to support a GB company who value its customers and takes pride in the service given and the products they sell. 🇬🇧

Before I purchased the retro locker the online staff were extremely helpful with all my questions, unfortunately there was no communication or updates with regards to my order after it was placed as to when we should expect to receive it. We happily waited past the estimated delivery date as the colour and size of the locker was exactly what we wanted. Our residents were so pleased knowing the final piece of furniture to complete our new hair salon for all the residents at our British Legion care home was on its way. But I would like to state I was very disappointed to find when it finally arrived it had 2 drill holes right through the middle of the top, which I managed to cover with a plant and also 4 more on each of the sides of this unit which sadly I am unable to hide. I assume these are pre-drilled there for when more than one locker has been ordered so they can be fitted together.

Though the locker does seem well made this does not in any way make up for the overall look which is just disappointing, the holes distract from what should be a really nice looking piece of furniture. Had I been aware of this when deciding to buy this item I honestly would not have placed the order or ever considered paying £115.62 especially after I had spent hours comparing many similar products, many at a much lower cost & all without these holes for sale online, I would definitely chosen one of these instead.

Best Shopping Experience

I paid for a master key with my order. However the master key they sent with the lockers was not the correct one. It does not work. I emailed them several times and no one replied and completely ignored me.
I would not use them again.

Delivery date not confirmed and took longer than expected

We are Day Service for Adults with learning disabilities that placed an order for a laptop charging tower for our service user tablets / I-pads. Upon receipt ends were covered up in cardboard and plastic. We signed for receipt and then unwrapped it to discovered a damaged corner (appears to been dropped). We reported the damage on day of the delivery with photos. It took a week for a response, and further 3 weeks to determine that the drivers photos do not cover the damaged area, but because the delivery note was signed, the factory can not determine it as damaged. We have been offered a replacement at cost price with £50 off. Poor in all aspects and I will not be recommending CS Storage Ltd to anyone.

Firstly I must say that I love the vintage locker. It looks amazing!
I would have given more stars but I had to contact the company several times to find out about construction time and delivery dates. They did not return my calls unfortunately.
Obviously it was delivered eventually and was all good.

We sourced our charging lockers for company phones from this company, Josh who I dealt with was on hand and answered all questions promptly.
My only small issue was not being told of delivery, which is fine as they arrived early but would have been handy to know they were arriving.
This by no means effects their service though.

I needed some key lockers and CS Storage was found online. They were really helpful had a lot of choice and prices and were quick to supply even though I was a Private customer. Being in Preston and local was helpful. The delivery drive was also most helpful even though I live on a steep bank and did not have a fork truck to lift the load off. Just got on with the job.

I ordered a safe for home and it was fitted within a few days exactly as I wanted. The fitters were very efficient and cleaned up everything.
Would definitely recommend you to use these guys.
