after using the CTEK 4.3 for over 12 years on 2 different ones almost daily on cars stored and driven they worked great. when they both stopped working because of damage from electrical outlet failure. I contacted CTEK for help. I then decided to relace both units with the 5.0 model knowing they will probably work for another 12 years. I order them and got them the next day. This day in age how can you beat that service and understanding. Hats off to CTEK staff.

nxt 5 na poor written instructions, However the USA customer service rep was VERY VERY HELPFUL in explaining the nuances of this charger, which makes me think that this will be my favorite maintainer /charger. I have quite a few too many cars, and have tried several OTHER brands which seem LESS safe and less sophisticated than this one. Highly recommended

I needed an item that was not provided as an aftersales. Without any discussion, Ctek pulled it out of stock and sended the item to me. Awesome.

I purchased a D250SE back in 2022 and fitted it to a leisure system in my van. Excellent! It was simple to fit and to connect into both the main charging system, the Euro 6 alternator and a solar panel. I have had no charging issues for four years now, my 200 aH of batteries have been kept in tip-top state by the D250. If you are considering a separate leisure power system for your Euro 6 vehicle, the D250SE is perfect!

I reached out to CTEK customer support via a form on their website about a rather old product from them that I own.

I received a relatively prompt, thoughtful, and complete, and most of all, useful answer that was far above and beyond a typical response and indicative of a premium-brand company committed to even its past customers.

I needed assistance to determine how best to wire my device and reached for tech support. Bottom line at the top; Ctek (Leo) provided world class customer service. Rapidly responded and interacted effectively to understand and ultimately solve my problem w professional guidance, going above and beyond. A rare experience, at least with US companies these days. He had incredible patience with my many questions and creatively addressed them - no pressure, and no dismissive responses.

Response time was quick and information provided essential to solving my problem.

Recently purchased a replacement for my MXS.70 charger that finally gave up after over 10 years of faultless performance. The mode function button on the new unit ceased to function normally after a few months. Contacted CTEK over the issue and they have promised to replace the unit at no cost.

I sent an email concerning my purchase and you never responded. Joe

I’ve got 4 chargers for various vehicles and motorbikes (MXS5 & 10 models, used inside and outside), and only had 1 warranty claim in over a decade - and the unit was swapped out by the retailer without question! I recently had the rubber o-ring on the terminal lead connection deteriorate, and when I enquired about purchasing some replacements/spares, they came back to me next day saying they’d send some free of charge. Product has been A+ and customer service to match. I always recommend Ctek products to family & friends!

CTEK Chargers are by far the best and my experience with CTEK Customer Service has always been positive. Leo was extremely helpful and explained in detail the possible resolutions to my issue. He was also patient and responsed quickly.

Complete useless support. Cannot fill in problems and submit. They dont want to know whats wrong with their chargers.

Prompt response to warranty claim. Resolved quickly.

I have had my CTEK MXS 5.0 for some time but recently noticed the item tripping out. I discovered high resistance at the plug between the charger and extension lead. I contacted CTEK and they were offering to collect and replace both the charger and extension lead.

Because I didn't really use that join I decided to removed the plugs and soldered the cables together. Upon advising CTEK what action I had taken, and that everything was now working fine, they then informed me they would send another extension cable as a good will gesture.

This was unnecessary but is most welcome, especially as I am considering another charger for another vehicle.
