I bought an MXS 5.0 recently after much research reading it's many positive reviews. On arrival it was a compact and well made charger that looked suited to professional use as well as DIY. I did have one query to put to the support team, and to my amazement they replied with an answer in less than 12 hours. Excellent product with excellent help and backup, when needed.

I purchased my mxs 5.0 from Amazon Spain back in 2024 but wasn't sure it was always with defect until now that I've seen a friend's similar model working. I've looked up online and found out that some models had this mode button not working issue. I've reached out to ctek support and they were quick to help. After filling their RMA with product serial number they ordered a replacement. Any products from any brand can come with some malfunction but not every brand treats their customers with such efficiency. Good job ctek!

had a recent issue with motorbike charger and passed amazon warranty. contacted ctek with all the details and all sorted. excellent. Looking at a second trickle charger and not hesitate in buying ctek

After my charger went bad after a couple of months I was able to get a new one under warranty. They made the process very simple, easy, and fast. Great service

Prompt and customer focused support. The product worked great. One day it stopped working. Ctek support put a new one in the mail under warranty within 1 day. Amazing.

I recently had an intermittent charging issue with my Ctek charger.
I got in touch with Ctek directly after having little success with Halfords where I made my original purchase.
Ctek we’re brilliant, after I gave them the serial number, they took my complaint on trust and have issued a new unit which is now on its way to me in the post.
I cannot fault this company’s after sales service, my unit was approximately 2 years old and I’d lost my original receipt.

Leo from CTEK was very responsive to my issue with charging my new 2026 Kia Sportage. Although I was not able to get my Kia to accept a charge using a MKS 5.0 Charger, I appreciate all efforts that Leo provided.

I have been a CTEK customer for approximately 5 years and recently walked into the charging cord and lost power. I emailed the technical team and they responded in a few days with several tests I could perform to isolate the problem. I ordered a new Indictor eyelet cord and after two weeks I filed a claim with UPS. CTEK was contacted by UPS and they admitted they lost the order. CTEK immediately contacted me and sent a replacement using 2 day air delivery! What a GREAT Company that cascades through their employees!!

My experience with CTEX was nothing less than amazing. They took care of an issue i caused and never said a word but just outstanding customer service and total satisfaction. (Note): Whoever left a 1 star review I find it very hard to believe. We all have had experiences with those that can’t be satisfied under any circumstance.

Product was sent on time and in perfect condition.....I have gone through 2 of these in 5 years; they don't seem to last very long...

Excellent product, even when I did have problems the warranty service was outstanding. New unit was delivered within 1 week at Christmas time.

The technical support is top notch and the team working there are very responsive. The products are also excellent. New innovations are announced from time to time. I won’t look at anything else.

I have several Ctek chargers that I have been using for at least 7+ years especially in winter or longer storage. They work great however I recently had issues with two batteries and thought maybe chargers were an issue. Emailed Ctek, they said to send the chargers to Ohio facility for testing, tests were done and they said they were good.

After buying a CTEK battery charger, I approached the CTEK support team with the rather unusual request for an accessory part that is not available as a single purchase.
Not only the support reacted and replied to my email instantly, but they also were moving mountains to muster the part and shipped it to me.
This is EXCEPTIONAL support and the 5 stars I can give on trustpilot cannot reflect how staisfied I am not only with the product itself but also with the dedication the support team is taking care for customers.

CTEK stands behind its products and always adheres to its product warranties (even when the problem is not their product’s fault)! They do not hassle you when you report a problem, nor do they try to find ways to avoid any responsibility on their end. When you report a problem, they immediately take ownership, and they solve the problem. I never feel like they are trying to find a way out of accepting any responsibility for the problem. They have even assumed responsibility for problems that were actually mine (I.e. corroded battery terminals that made their product not work). Their technical support tech Leo, is an absolute joy to work with. You never doubt that he values you as a customer first. I have numerous CTEK products maintaining batteries on my very expensive European high performance sports cars, and my experience with CTEK (via support from Leo) has been absolutely outstanding! I trust CTEK and their high quality products. I could not be more pleased.
