Accidentally shut my screen off and the show I was watching stopped; no big deal. Turned my screen back on and the show restarted from the beginning - including a slot of three ads I had JUST watched. Get through the ads, and I have to skip ahead to the spot I was previously at, about twenty minutes in. This triggers a slot of five ads. Oh well, I wait through them. It gets back to my show - and it plays for two minutes before going to ANOTHER slot of five ads. This streaming service SUCKS. Won't be going back to it.

For the most part I love the app but I'm having more problems of freezing and commercial stuck in a loop.

The union network and for the people who do not like it work!!

I’m very disappointed that CTV does offer DWTS coverage any longer. Seems like all the good shows are not on some other streaming service for extra costs.
Also the show The Rookie Feds is ridiculous. A cop in a low cut top and fake nails so long makes this show a flop to me.

Horrible viewing experience! Freezes all the time and when you reload, it makes you watch 8 (!) ads before resuming. It takes 2 hrs to watch a one-hour show. Unacceptable.

The CTV streaming is the worst piece of software that I have ever seen in mu 30+ years if IT experience.
It is flakey, unreliable, prone to freezing and/or crashing and is totally unable to run through a normal TV show without locking or freezing or looping. Even deleting a;ll data and the cache and uninstalling the app has little to no effect.

Their app is horrible. Doesn’t save progress. Freezes constantly. Get global much better.

So disappointed again in CTV newscast at 11pm. Article on Canadas high gas prices across Canada and not one mention of the carbon tax tripleling before April 2023 in this weeks pass at HOC by Liberals, NDP and Bloc to this increase???? 1st time I have watched CTV since Lisa Laflamme shameful firing. Solidifies why I will not watch CTV. Omar is not a viable anchor and CTV has proven they do not report news, only blips....and I can read more on twitter, tik tok and news on BBC. Goodbye.

Marathon adds, and buffering, buffering, buffering!!! Probably the worst app ever. 2 minutes of programming and 15 minutes of advertisement. Don’t waist your time, the frustration isn’t worth it!!

After firing Lisa laflamme for having grey hair I will not be watching the channel anymore and I hope others will follow suit. Whoever fired her should be fired as well.

Poor journalism, true unbiased news is what Canadians deserve and want. Stop following an elite and government narrative and investigate, and report without opinion and coverup.

Most of CTV news are biased, an example of that is the 100 years crisis of killing children and families, demolishing houses, and stealing lands of Palestinians by Israeli immigrant occupation in Plastine, the Western media are biased towards Ukraine and demonize Putin. Even if we overlook the importance of the principle of leaving the viewer free to judge what is happening after providing him with accurate information and not directing him, and if we consider that Ukraine is a just cause, why is the coverage of these media different for the occupation of Palestine and the siege of Gaza and the resistance?

Ctv tell many lies and half truths. There was a day that we could trust the news but not anymore. All the reporters are government bought and paid for

One side government propaganda news. No truth whatsoever.

Another example of bias Canadian media. Lined up at the teet of their liberal overlords. Do not recommend.

Propaganda at best. Complete lies at the worst. Zero ethics broadcasting.

Corrupt and government paid and owned. If you work for one of these government owned "media / lies" networks, you are just the same.
False news, paid off news, lies and you all should be ashamed.

Can no longer follow news based on lies. This is contributing to the poor mental health we are now seeing.
