I very much enjoyed my Alaskan cruise on the Queen Elizabeth. I was apprehensive at first being a solo traveler on my first cruise. That went away at dinner the first night as I was seated at a group table with an interesting and diverse group of people. I found shipboard activities and shore excursions that suited my interests. I had a couple of meals that looked better on the menu than they actually were. (To my taste, anyway, hence the 4.) I would cruise with Cunard again.

The ship was clean and beautiful. On board staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The entire voyage experience surpassed my expectations and was amazing from embarkation to disembarkation.

This was our second holiday with Cunard. We were delighted with every aspect of our trip.

What a pleasure to have travelled to the Fjords on the Queen Anne. From the moment we got on the organized coach we never saw our luggage until we went to the room. The service from ALL the employees was exceptional. The food AMAZING, and the ship immaculate.
1 strange thing which did puzzle A LOT of Gentlemen on board. This I would say was an ADULT cruise so WHY oh why are there in most W/C's 2 urinals AND 1 IS A CHILDS????
Just send so strange, and yes, that's my only quibble.

Great experience from beginning to end, if you’re looking for a high end cruise with old school charm and exceptional service as well as great locations - I would highly recommend Cunard.

Just completed an 8 day cruise to Alaska on the Queen Elizabeth and it was just outstanding. We stayed in a Queens Grill suite and whilst some might see this as expensive it was a once in a life time experience and my wife and I wanted to enjoy every moment and we did. Outstanding dining, both the service and food. A beautiful ship and stunning on shore locations. It was a trip that will stay with us for ever.

The Queen’s Grille on QM2, and their team, was excellent. And the cabin and their staff were great. But I was disappointed with the lack of presence among the officers. As a passenger, dining in the Queen’s Grille, I feel that the Captain/Master should have popped in one evening to say hello to the passengers. And the failure of of the Captain not visiting the passengers of the Queen’s Grille was something that I can’t understand - especially from the Captain of the QM2 250 Birthday for America voyage.

24 hour sunshine for 7 days was a unique experience, sun bathing (not quite) in the arctic circle, floating past mountains through narrow fjords, WOW

Cunard appear to work hard to ensure that all passengers enjoy their cruise
The ship- Queen Ann is excellent but does need to be reviewed continuously
Getting off and on the ship in different ports could be made easier.
It was the third time we had sailed on Queen Ann - all very enjoyable but Cunard must ensure the trips around Europe and shore visits are of the highest quality

A terrible service experience (the waiters and bartenders were shockingly rude), combined with truly appalling customer support.

I went on a 2nd cruise after taking a Cunard cruise last year ( that I did not enjoy) So I booked another as a comparison and try to be a little less critical this time . I truly enjoyed my experience on the Queen Elizabeth this time and felt the service had come up a notch. I had always been intimidated by the Cunard line thinking it would be too formal for me , but it is not . It has the perfect blend of subtle elegance with casual sophistication. A truly nice blend of experience.

Cunard ships are excellent.

Great service, fantastic history, and enjoyable events.
We used the QM2 as a means of moving our family from Italy back to the United States and it was a great way to do it!

Marvellous from start to finish. The restaurants provide fabulous food. The quality of the service is outstanding. The comfort on board is second to none. The staff are friendly, efficient and happy at all levels of service.

Traversing the Atlantic on the Queen Mary 2 is an amazing experience and a way to switch off and relax. Arriving into NYC in the early morning and watching the sunrise over the skyline is an absolute wonder. As she is the only remaining ocean liner in the world, it is a joy to travel on her. Would recommend.

Outstanding staff, excellent food and very comfortable cabin.

If it’s your first time on a cruise i would highly recommend Cunard have been on 3 other cruise ships and Cunard by far the best happy sailing
