No one on cupid dating is actually a subscribed member, when u send a message they can't read cause they are not subscribed. That's with all the lady's I sent messages to.
I won't be joining. A lot of people that it shows that they are online they are not subscribed members.

Those of you who are considering buying this, make sure you don't change your mind. Once you click to complete the order, you can't cancel, you have to wait for the shipment to arrive then send it back. I sent a cancelation request 1hr after placing the order and I was told that it was already shipped out which was was a COMPLETE F**king LIE. Avoid them at all costs.

I’m only giving them 1 star because you can’t give none. Total scam, like previous reviewers I too signed up for 3 days and they took a further months payment. I called
Them up and they fobbed me off with some dubious information about clicking on a page or something but it’s definitely shady, steer clear!

On the 8th of December, 2024, I ordered a bottle of Cupids @ £33.33 with 2 free, there was no summary, and for charged £99.99, I immediately emailed to cancel the order, since yesterday, I have been bombarded with emails, regarding delivery, I have no confidence in this company, and to make matters worse, this product is sold in Amazon for the same price

I hope y'all read these reviews before buying. I have plenty of images/ScreenShots to file a claim with my bank. This company or these people said BUY 1 AT $39.95 and get two free. You want to STAY AWAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM THEIR SCAM. YOU DON'T EVEN WANT TO TRY AND EMAIL THEM. If you do buy they charge $39.95 A BOTTLE.

Take screenshots to file a claim with your bank and get your money back if you did not read the reviews until after you ordered. There phone number is not even in service. 🤷🤣

I mainly wear Eternity or Tommy. Their cologne safe to say is not even 1/4 as good as Eternity by Calvin Cline or Tommy. I am being kind in saying they can not be 1/4 as good.

Take caution ⚠️ and cover your ass ordering through this place. You are better off going through Amazon. They give you time to cancel. I tried to cancel as soon as I got the email. They give no time at all.

Not only did the stuff smell like cat piss but it came in a used bottle and couldn’t talk to anyone about it once I received my package I took pics of the date and time arrived to show I got it just as I opened I wouldn’t waste your money on this crap

I hate the fake ai bot profiles... i went suspicious after getting likes back within minutes even if its was i the middle of the night... and every profile i liked followed the same pattern.

So i deleted my photos and continued as usual and according to my new likes i was interesting and handsome, wtf...

To test the bot there is a messagefield when you can say what you are thinking about. So i wrote if there is any ai bots inside (the app deleted it). After that i wrote something only thais would understand but it also got a meaning in the western world... the numbers 555. In the west it means something like happy and hopeful but in thai its pronounced ha ha ha.

This is a waste of money and their 30 day money bank guarantee is fake, don’t fall for it, my friend ordered one bottle, he checked his bank statement and was charged twice. He said they charged him $140 two times and the company said they their system is all automated so they can’t give him a refund, this was 20 minutes after making the order. He still have not got a refund yet.

It's a scam look at the pics of the people u are texting it says they are living 2 mins from u but the pic profile pic shows palm trees different la6on stop signs but two and two to gather its a scam

It is all fake people. I get the same lines once in a while. Do girls really talk like that? I don’t think so. This is your chance to not get scammed. Black match through them charged me and it was tough because they have my credit card number.

Following on from my previous review of this site where I was scammed out of a month’s payment when I only wanted to take three days… Luckily, I contacted my bank about this company because I’ve just been notified by them that they have just tried to take over £42 from me for nothing. Thank goodness they blocked the payment. They are definitely crooks. Do not go near them

this site when you first registered, you get some messages, but once you pay for unlock, nobody in that site replies anything back not even one. i am good looking and should at least get back some response, not even the ugly girls write back

This is not a site for dating, friendship or to find pen-pals and they don't tell you that up front! They wait till they got your money to tell you its all about mail-order brides and require you to fill out a government form for a background check based on the "marriage broker act" - they are a MARRIGE BROKER only they don't tell you that on the website - ITS A SCAM TO GET YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!

I placed an order more than two weeks ago and stil hadn't shipped. I emailed them four times, no response. I didn't know it was a subscription. I notified my bank. why are frauds. i want nothing to do with cupid. companies like that make me sick

Stay away from this site! Took money from me even though I canceled the subscription. The people behind it are just using us to get money. Totally worthless! I had to turn to authorities for help. We'll see what happens..

Initially I joined for two days only. Cupid did NOT notify me nor give me the option to close my account after the two day trial. They took a months subscription which they have refused to return.
They claim not to hold the bank details of their members. Which begs the question, how can they take money from members without their bank details being on file? A member cannot see their bank details to remove or amend them?

It took five attempts and the threat of going to Trading Standards for Cupid admin (aka 'asianconnectionshub.com') If you want to contact the parent company use this website address.
They had the cheek to tell me my details, without my permission, had been passed to a different dating site and had I been asked if I wanted to do this my response would have been, NO!
Cupid and their practices have put me off dating sites forever. If you have cause to contact Cupid, take screen prints of everything, record telephone calls in case you need to prove a case.

You cannot see how to change or remove bank details. Do not go into your old account, and despite being told it had been removed is still there, and by going on to the site will reactivate your removed account. Surely if it's removed then you would be unable to see or access it?

Despite closing my account they are still taking money the amounts are increasing each month. This company is fraudulent, thieving and completely unreliable.

Total scam and AI Bots. Only been charged 3 days payment to a disposable card so hopefully the end of it.

Avoid at all costs.

It seems to be a positive fragrance, as far as a lady killer I'm giving a little bit more time.
