Not trusty at all.
I made an order for some pg tips 12 oz cups because i needed the cups but when my order arrived they didn't look at all with the ones i saw on the website ,i send a message to them to tell them that i want a refund and at the end of discussions he told me that it was what i ordered and they can't give me a refund because that is what i ordered and their website when i entered it's says is on maintenance and it's like that from 7 days already so yea thank you for your service but i still want my money back.
