I was happy to find it did not take too long to complete the process (debt consolidation). And the debt was reduced by 50%; all this was great news for me, and it'll make life much easier. My computer skills are limited, and Melvin was very patient with me as I worked to complete the process.

Catalina is hilarious and responsive

My experience with her has been great and the service is very accomodating to those going through tough times. Everyone is really feeling it! She and the staff have been really patient with handling drafts, schedules. And sending consistent updates. The service here is great and not intimidating compared to other similar services I looked in to.

Under certain circumstances I had to call to settle some things. I talked to Catalina who was very exceptional and professional. She listened and understood my situation. She was able to help and took care of me with no problems.

I was in the program for a little but had to cancel due to financial issues at my job. I was nervous calling to cancel thinking I would have a hard time canceling but Catalina was super cooperative and informed me about the process. This debt relief program is not any of those scam programs but truly does help (coming from a full time college student)! Also they are very communicative so if you have a question someone will always be there to answer the phone or even email back!
