Above and beyond.
The two staff members who assisted us, Greg and Chris, went above and beyond to help us on our repeat visits into the store to try to decide on which televisions to get. Very knowledgeable and accommodating, with no pressure, but assistance whenever required.

Service at Currys
The staff were friendly and helpful. They asked what I was looking for and Margaret showed me choices. It was explained to me the various categories I could have and when I had made my choice Margaret took me to a till station and went through the paperwork with me. I chose to collect my purchase from the store when it arrived and she explained the texts I would receive. She also explained that when I collected it staff could attach the legs for me and set it up. All in all a very helpful and successful visit to the store.

When I asked for assistance, a very large assistant waddled up and grunted, I told her I wanted a hoover, we walked up to where they were, I asked what was the difference between the 3 models, she grunted pet hair, that was her sales pitch.

Currys was fine it’s the care plan…
Currys was fine it’s the care plan that’s a nightmare we have cancelled the care plan many times and they try to go in and get £8.99 every so often we had to actually had to go in to the bank and stop the money coming out of our credit card ridiculous this has been about 3 years they’ve been trying this they tried again yesterday but the bank blocked it we have no care plans now
