Good old fashioned customer service
Went into the Ipswich store. Cannot compliment, chev , Shaun and Harrison high enough. Real gentleman and customer service 11 out of 10 . Couldn’t do enough for me. Absolutely suburb quality customer service and a credit to the company and the team . I very much dislike the telephone customer service line so I always go in store . Great guys . Not only did I walk out very happy with my purchase but very confident as well . Well done Currys ! Real customer service is a dying art . These gentlemen are fantastic

Rushed customer service
It was noticeable that staff were being urged by management to move onto other customers even though we had more questions to ask and they were also being pushed to complete the sale quickly and move on - it was obvious the sales assistant dealing with us had someone hurrying her up via her ear piece.
Not how we expect to be treated when we need help and advice and making a purchase.

Very happy customer
I bought a Kenwood washing machine from Currys, London Road, Ipswich, and I am extremely happy with my purchase.
I would like to give 10/10 to Gareth and Steve, who installed my new washing machine. They were both lovely, polite, professional, and very hard-working. Their excellent customer service made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

From start to finish the whole experience was great. The female member of staff was very knowledgeable and helped me decide which 'tumble dryer' to purchase. The 'dryer' was delivered today and once again the two male staff members who delivered it were very chatty and friendly lads. Well done Curry's Staff.

I returned to my local branch to sort out issues
I returned to my local branch after buying a phone a few days before. I had paid for data transfer, but not everything was transfered. There was only one girl there serving a customer. There was another man looking at phones so when another assistant arrived he was served. I was waiting to be seen for over 1 1/2 hours.when I was helped the assistant was very good and sorted out my missing issues. In total I was there for over 2 1/4 hours. Not acceptable. I only gave 3 stars as the assistant was very helpful.

Ordered on line but had a ten minute wait on arrival because staff have to go and collect everyones items from the shop floor, surely this system is faulty as your item could be on them shelves for anyone to pick up and buy before you arrive !
