The staff at Sydenham are delightful but disgustingly overworked…
The staff at Sydenham are delightful and so overworked I feel as if Curry's is compromising their human rights. King and Kaylee helped us. King seemed to be doing at least three people's jobs. With his help we selected a computer and he went away to send someone over. We waited 50 minutes and we were about to leave when Kaylee came over. In the waiting time we discovered that the speakers were very quiet in the computer we nearly bought. We had to find out for ourselves that it would be no use. Kaylee then found us a different computer and saved the sale. Unfortunately we left with Office Home 2024 when we were trying to buy 365. We now have to go back which is incredibly annoying. By the time we made the purchase it was ten to seven and we had been in the shop since 5pm so exhaustion was a factor for us and for the hard working and excellent staff. You cannot expect to run a business like this.

Helpful staff and price match
I spoke to Chris at the store who then got Junaid to help me. Both were friendly. Junaid acutally took the time to listen and matched the price with another site where the price for the same TV was much lower. Helped me with the sound bar that I wanted and gave me all the details and clear instruction on the delivery as well.
