I had an excellent experience working with AKON, and especially with Michael Davis.
From the beginning, Michael was extremely patient and willing to listen to what I was trying to accomplish. My project was a little different from a typical commercial application because I was looking for a customized curtain solution for my residential garage. I had many questions, measurements, pictures, and ideas, and Michael took the time to work through all of them with me.
I am also a very visual person, so I appreciated Michael taking the time to explain the different options, provide visuals, and help me understand how the various configurations would work. There were several changes and adjustments during the process, and he never made me feel like I was being difficult or asking too many questions. Instead, he continued to work with me until we arrived at a configuration that I felt comfortable ordering.
The communication, patience, and personal attention I received from Michael made a big difference in my decision to move forward with AKON. The order was completed and delivered, and everything arrived as expected.
I have not had the opportunity to fully use the curtain system yet, so I cannot comment on its performance at this time. However, I can confidently say that my experience with Michael and the customer service I received during the ordering and customization process was excellent.

Great customer service. We had a situation where we needed to have a curtain modified after it was delivered. Representative Michael Davis was very timely in his response and assisted with setting up shipping both ways, as well as coordinating the modifications to our needs. Akon turned around the modified curtain in two days and returned back to us. We will continue to use Akon moving forward for all future needs.

Greatly appreciate Robert Baldwin’s service, he kept me informed of the status of my order every step along the way from fabrication, shipping scheduling, shipping, and till delivery. When one of my packages was miss-delivered to my neighbors house down the street, Robert quickly jumped on Google and did some Google-fu using the FedEx delivery confirmation picture and identified the neighbors address that the package was delivered to. I was able to get the package from the neighbor. Robert’s customer support is world class and and by far the best experiences I have had purchasing custom factory fabricated products. The process entails a lot steps, having someone who keeps you in the loop of process is a great value addition.

I had ordered the wrong part originally, Robert helped me get this corrected and items showed up right and in good shape.

Robert was amazing to work with. We had a few hiccups with PO being sent to a previous employee and not making it to the right people. We expected our shipment sometime in April and that is how we realized there was an issue. He helped getting everything on track and then provided periodic updates. He even notified us when the skirts were getting shipped along with tracking info. Thank you so much for all your help!

Trinity County Animal Shelter purchased your ceiling mounted tracks for our hoses that we use to clean dogs kennels. We love it! It prevents dragging the hoses on the ground which is messy. The ceiling mounted hose system helps us maintain a more sanitary environment. Works amazingly well. It’s a hit with all the staff and makes cleaning more efficient.

Robert was extremely helpful and proactive. He was able to help me get our shipment ahead of time and gave me full updates every day on what the status was.

Austin James was a huge help, especially with getting the correct measurements. I always cut things too tight when woodworking and end up having to re-cut, but Austin gave great direction on how to measure and reassured me that I was doing it correctly.

Jan Marc gave fantastic support when there was a payment issue on my end (a keystroke error on my part) and helped walk me through how to identify and correct it.

Justin Lovely reminded us that the support team would never contact us for private payment information or ask for any additional payment not listed on the quote.

Christine consistently followed up to make sure we were completely satisfied with our products (we've placed a couple of orders over the last two years).

They were very helpful during the planning stage of my purchase. One change had to be made and they made it so easy. Product is top quality and was delivered earlier than promised. 100% to Akon. Everyone there was great.

After just a couple of emails to ensure dimensions, my order was placed. Curtains came sized as ordered. Great quality, fair price. We're using them to section off a couple of work areas in a large, open, multi-purpose building. Will use them again.
