Great quality! Excellent customer care

This is a real good product for our application. It was mad to the correct measurements we sent. The material looks like it will last.

We placed an order Mid-July 2025 for divider strips and the hardware. As of today, September 24, 2025, we have NOT received the hardware. The strips were delivered with no problem, however the hardware was sent back to Akon twice with UPS claiming they could not find the drop off location that they routinely use. The hardware was supposedly sent out a 3rd time, to a new location, but the package was never received. Robert Baldwin is stating UPS claims they delivered it, however at the time it is claimed to be delivered the office is closed. Robert Baldwin is now stating to receive the hardware that's already been paid for over 2 months prior, we must pay for shipping. Prior to supposedly sending the hardware out a 3rd time Robert Baldwin suggested we travel from NC to AZ to pick up the hardware.

Eric Lee and Michael Davis were great to work with. They took the time to explain the nuances involved with figuring out the best method to use for attaching the curtains on our porch and were very responsive. It was refreshing to encounter outstanding customer service especially after finally receiving yesterday a door handle for a slider door that we purchased from a major home supply store fourteen months ago. We spent hours on the phone in order to get a resolution. This recent curtin purchase was our third order from Akon. The Akon team, as earlier, was professional and responsive. I highly recommend this entity.

Made-to-order curtains helped our small shop tremendously! There was a shipping mixup on our second order, but Akon remedied this and sent us the correct curtains right away. Great customer service.

Ordering was easy and the staff was very attentive to our questions

I called and talked to Eric Lee. He was super helpful through my entire ordering experience. I wanted a mosquito screen but also wanted to customize it. He figured out what I wanted just by description, made sure it was possible, and put my order through. We received the bracket one day and the curtains the next day. Both were super easy to put up and we are very happy. I would recommend Akon to anyone and feel comfortable about it.

Robert with Support was quick to respond to my questions and knowledgeable about the products they offer. Custom ordered product was delivered in a timely manner. Installation of the product was easier than expected... product purchased was a clear vinyl 30 mil tarp to enclose a deck space. Item is well built and installation looks great. Ordered 5 more of same product to complete full enclosure of two porch/deck areas to protect for the winter.

Eric Lee was my sales rep who was very helpful in helping me place my order. He made sure that I understood what I was ordering, the dimensions for my tarps were correct and the hardware I needed was included with my order. Most importantly after revisions were made to my original order, Eric called me to confirm.

Their customer relations could not be better, the quality of the material and sizing it, all the time keeping in touch with the customer as not to make any mistakes on their part.

Everyone in the organization responded quickly to all questions. The curtain they created for our thrift store was fabulous!

Every person I dealt with at AKON was professional, courteous and efficient. We found these the perfect alternative to overpriced rollups. They came within the expected timeframe and we installed them next day. We used weathermax screes and washers on top screwing the panels into our patio soffit and black coated eye hooks to secure the bottom and make sure it was pulled taut. This enabled us to make sure there were few ripples (even though we installed them intentionally on a slant). Also, security cameras record right through them. Very happy. We opted not to have eyelets on the sides and only put the panels where they would protect upholstered furniture so we still have great airflow. Highly recommend.

The curtain was the exact size that was needed and fit well. Curtain provides great coverage. I initially had issues with order and production processing (lost after submission). Once received, staff was apologetic and assisted in processing order. Staff followed up to verify proper installation.

Great communication from beginning to end .. received everything as promised. Perfect measured and delivered.
