Ordered what we needed for an outdoor patio. Received response quickly, with explanation and pictures of ordered curtain. Other questions I had were answered promptly via email. Shipping charges were adjusted when I inquired about it and followup emails to make sure we didn't have issues with the curtain is appreciated.

Fast and easy ordering. Great costumer service and they keep me informed with updates on my order. I enclosed my back porch last year and was like an extra room in the winter. I'm ordering again this year for my front porch. I'm in the north country of NY the Tug Hill area and they hold up very well with the heavy lake effect snow. We'll worth it.

We recently installed drapery hardware for an outdoor patio here in the South Okanagan (BC). We looked everywhere for this type of system and AKON came through with flying colours for us! Excellent product and outstanding customer service! We will be sure to order again in the future.

The customer service and competence from this company is not what people are used to anymore and it truly blew my mind. It started with Brian Sisno, working late on a Memorial Day Monday, responding patiently and professionally to a dumb question by yours truly. After that, Michael Davis took over and deserves the shout out of all shout outs. Mr. Davis was knowledgeable of the product, insightful with my questions, pointed me to the proper instructional areas of the website, and patiently treated me with dignity the whole time. He was ready to sit on my order on a dime while I ensured I ordered it exactly as needed, and then he pulled the trigger with no delay once informed I was ready. Michael guided me through the order fulfillment process, and while this cannot be the case in every instance given the demands of a popular business, in this case they were able to fulfill my order above and beyond all expectations in terms of product and timing. This business cleared the bar and based on my experiences to date, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or to anyone. I am so looking forward to enjoying beautiful and cool desert monsoon evenings without getting chased in by the damnable biting gnats (no-seeums) that come out with the summer rains.

The folks at AKON could not have been more helpful. Even though I made an error in my measurements, and they made an error in a measurement, We were able to work out an amicable solution that made everyone happy. The quality of the material is excellent and I expect to be able to keep warm on the patio for many years to come.

The custom length curtain I ordered arrived 3" longer than what I ordered and did not fit the space that I ordered it for. After contacting "customer service" to ask them to remedy their mistake they want to charge me labor to fix what THEY messed up and charge me shipping both ways! This is a quality curtain but a BAD company that won't stand behind their work. I could see these charges being legitimate if I ordered the wrong size and needed it adjusted due to my error, but this is completely their fault and I sent them several pictures to prove their mistake and they still refused to right THEIR WRONG. I would not recommend using this company

I received my custom Plastic Akon curtain and it was just what I needed for my loading dock. I couldn't be more pleased. Customer service was great!

Just placed my final order for mosquito netting for my gazebo. Mark Ackerman and Eric Lee are true professionals when it comes to their communication and product knowledge. I provided a rough idea of the dimensions, with photos, and they took it from there. If you need something custom for your house or gazebo dont hesitate to reach out to them!

Akon products and customer service is exceeds expectations. Even after months of receiving their product they still reach out and follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied and do everything to ensure you get the best of their products they stand by. Great Experience, very communicative and followed up all the way until shipment was delivered. After shipment was delivered, they reached out to make sure everything is going ok. This is great customer service.

As soon as we ordered, we were contacted by Ellie in customer service to make sure that everything was correct. Ellie kept the lines of communication open as the product was made and the timeline it would take for us to receive. We ordered tarps for our deck and the product was everything that was advertised. Very happy with the quality. We live in the Chicagoland area and we left the tarps up all winter long. In spring we noticed a small tear in one of the tarps and contacted Ellie. The warranty was a very easy process and quick turn around time. Again, Ellie was great during this time keeping us up to date on replacement and shipping time.

I know that there are many places to buy this kind of product but I will always recommend Akon because of the employees attention to detail and outstanding customer service.

We were looking to make our wash bay a more functional space without added construction or large costs. Adding the curtain has given us another repair area while still being able to wash and not interfere with the tech that is doing the repairs. Easy installation and great customer service!
