Probably the worst customer service…
Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Needed something time sensitive for a conference, and the lack of updates / transparency on where my order is was beyond dismal. I called six times to ensure it would be delivered on time and got false commitments by their reps. They treat merch like assembly line production, and I have no interest in ordering from them again
