My experience was great, they took their time going over computers that would fit within My budget along with hearing what I was looking for in a computer. This is a company that does not try to upsell you at all Which is very appreciated when you’re not 100% sure what you’re looking for. Not to mention, they have great customer service that’s available to you. 24 seven and will even help you remotely if going to the store is too far. I’ve never seen a business go above and beyond further customers. This is definitely true customer service. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future

Pat went above and beyond in building my gaming pc and I received it a day earlier than expected. I was a bit nervous given he’s a smaller business with no store front but reviews helped me make my decision and I couldn’t be happier. It was time for a gaming computer upgrade and a recommendation of Custom Lux caught my eye. Sent an email having an interest in a custom build and Pat was quick to respond. He sent a computer spec list that I felt comfortable with and kept me updated along the way. Computer arrived safely and I feel my money was well spent. I will very much keep Custom Lux in mind when it is time for an upgrade or if a friend needs a suggestion of where to go for their own new computer.

Definitely would recommend Custom Lux! Our company was in a pinch, and Pat went to great lengths to ensure we could find a quick solution for some higher-end devices made for ML processing. The initial issue was resolved and as such we didn't end-up purchasing, but the interaction was a pleasant experience. Pat was very professional and fast to communicate, spoke with one of our engineers long after business hours where he provided professional knowledge to ensure we found the best solution, and was willing to work with our tight time constraint. He knows his stuff and you can feel his passion for what he does through his interactions.
