Excellent service. I placed an order on Friday 25th May and the package arrived on Tuesday 28th May. There were some issues with the order, but the team resolved it immediately when I let them know. Really reassuring

Second failed delivery,no apologies or explanation,avoid this company who use unreliable courier,sent you 5 emails asking for help,no response or support,other than to cancel order with no refund?Read your emails,respond to them

Customers please check the dates on everything as i went on friday and everything food wise was out of date and way past there sell by date got a bottle of pop and the date was 2023 along with some biscuits were also the same date

I emailed this company in regards to my daughters safe food, (a seasonal product), that we managed to only get from here in Jan (or Feb), unfortunately we’d brought the last ones at that time, but he said he’d keep us in mind if it returns, I never thought I’d hear back, I was wrong, few weeks after our email exchange, he personally reached out via email to say they’d had a restock of what we had been desperately searching all over for! Today we received a box of her favourites and I have a very happy 4 year old.

Not only are the prices phenomenal, their delivery time is extremely fast.I ordered on the 18th of Feb and my products were delivered from Halifax to Somerset on the 20th.

Not only nor deliverd as advides (5 working days) but i received 6 months EXPIRED food!
I do not understand how it is posible!

Very out-of-date chocolate caused intense stomach cramps and vomiting twice. Chocolate was 4 months+ out of date. Eaten a few days apart (obviously not realising the chocolate was the culprit from the first time) and both times got very sick. Wrote to the owner asking for a refund and they said no. Do not buy from here.

I received a very quick delivery, ordered on the 18th Dec and got it on the 20th Dec, the whole order was packed well and I would recommend them for cheap and cheerful food

Have been buying from Cut Price Barry's for quite a few years. Great for fancier dog food for cheaper. Most recent order was mainly chocolate and bosuits getting ready for Xmas! Also ordered in summer a lot of snacks for a baby shower and also trick or treater sweets. Saved quite a bit of money 😊 delivery is always well communicated and carried out by DPD so 1 hour times slots. Do appreciate you can request for any out of stock items when they pack your ofer to be refunded or get more of a product you've already ordered. #216020

Just received my latest order and I ordered a large box of thorntons classic chocolates for £5 that said it was reduced because of a damaged box. It arrived in perfect condition. Could have been opened and re-selotaped but chocolate looks great. Placed another order today and can't wait for it to arrive. Order number is 216486.
