The Diwali Selection Box that I ordered arrived on the 21st October and had a shelf life of 2 days with an expiry date of 23rd October. I have just rang customer services now and the lady I spoke to did not even apologise. Eventually, I got some advice on what to do but it just seemed that she did not care at all. Customer service was not great and as a result, I will not be ordering anything from Cutter and Squidge again.
I now have to email photos of the box to customer services so let's see what happens.

Emailed them as they has mislabelled a hamper vegan which i very nearly ordered but spotted some items were not. To be clear, this is a pretty big deal when gifting.
Emailed them to query if this was correct and let them know, got the most generic AI response follow up, whilst the website was then updated. I responded to receive a more infuriating response. Cost cutting measures may save money but they won't retain customer loyalty if badly executed. Cutter and squidge won't be receiving my custom going forward sadly.

Incredible customer service - sadly DPD delivered a birthday order I made to the wrong place and Cutter and Squidge Customer Service (Emma) immediately offered me a fresh delivery or a full refund and kept me fully up to speed on what had happened - I will definitely order again

Amazing cakes. I have been using this company for a few years. The cakes, biscuits and brownies taste amazing. I've had amazing feedback from friends and family in regards to taste and portion size.

I've had C+S cakes before and know they are delicious but now I know their customer service is top notch too! The delivery of my order went awry and they stepped in to resolve it swiftly - meaning my daughter and her friends got to celebrate with chocolatey goodness. Thank you C+S

Loved the selection of products. I had so many issues trying to check out though! The website kept refreshing and saying a problem keeps occurring. It took almost an hour just to check out. However I’m really grateful NHS discount is offered, love that products are halal friendly and love the representation of different religious festivals eg Diwali and Eid.

I have ordered the brownies for clients previously which all arrived on the dates we selected and we heard they were very yummy!

There was an issue with my order pulling through from the website and they rectified it with compensation, straight away.

I cannot fault the customer service, product or efficiency one bit <3

Great and wonderful experience on site today

I have ordered the lemon blueberry cheesecake cake for my birthday and it came in excellent packaging, very well secured and the flavour profile was great. I ordered the day before to make sure I had it in the morning and even then it tasted fresh the next day. Ive also ordered the normal brownie box, christmas special brownies, and now the nostalgia brownie boxes and they arent just a hit at home but also at work. Ive now tried the smores cake which I dont even like chocolate cake but it tasted incredible and the graham crackers I thought would be plain and boring tasted amazing. The delivery is also very good and overall would continue to be a customer and consumer to cutter and squidge. Hoping more cakes are able to deliver beyond London soon as I live somewhere else but im still happy with the selections I have for cakes.

The Lemon Drizzle cake was divine, my partner drools every time she takes a bite and me too! Definitely coming back in the future.

The cake delivered in perfect condition and on time on the chosen date.

Very easy to place an order and edit details.

The cake I ordered never arrived on the day it was needed, which completely defeated the purpose of the purchase. I immediately requested a refund, but this was denied, which I find extremely disappointing and unfair given that the order was not fulfilled as agreed. I expect this matter to be reconsidered, as I paid for a service that was not delivered on time.

Recently ordered a Tiramisu cake and a Lemon Blueberry cake for a birthday. As a family of cake lovers, we were all in agreement - these are the best cakes we’ve EVER tasted.
A fantastic independent business - the attention to detail from the ordering process, exemplary customer service (shoutout to Rebekah and Emma) to the careful packaging and flawless delivery. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and it’s clear how much pride Cutter and Squidge take in what they do!
We’re looking forward to placing our next order – I am eyeing up the brownies to try next...

3rd time they have failed to deliver on chosen date. 3 different addresses so they're not reliable and certainly cannot handle nationwide delivery. Todays delivery was supposed to make up for the last messed up order which was a day late & cake topper with half message missing and dry cake! If your buying for yourself &don't mind when it turns up,give it a try,if it's a special treat for special occasion/person don't take the chance go elsewhere . The partial cake topper message, was not down to the 20 digit limit , there is a countdown as you type the message and mine stopped at 19. I re iterate if you don't mind when it turns up give it a go .The team did try to put things right, were super pleasant but unfortunately still didn't manage chosen date delivery.
