From finding who to contact, dialling to speak to someone, speaking to an actual person who genuinely listened to the issue I was experiencing, then RMA request to receipt of item, flawless!
If there was ever an example of how to do PC Support and Customer Service, this was it.

I always buy PCs from CyberPowerPC mostly due to their build customisation facility. I can put together the exact components that I desire, they build it to a high standard and the price is competitive.
It was packaged well and now that I have configured it to my taste runs like a dream.

The computer I purchased from CyberPower is fantastic - professionally and expertly put together. It arrived in well thought-out packaging which ensured the more delicate parts were protected from shock. The computer was easy to set up and get going thanks to their Getting Started guide.

I had one issue regarding the LED lights (I didn't understand how to change them), but that was quickly resolved by Luke - super efficient and knowledgeable. I was impressed at the quick response to the support ticket. I appreciated the interest shown by Luke and CyberPower to get my issue fixed. Absolutely brilliant service. Thank you!

Despite it being a busy time of year, Ryan replied very quickly with a solution for my problem. He also attached a picture making it a lot easier for me to locate the part I needed to find.

Excellent customer support, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again, or to purchase another pc when mine finally needs replacing.

Ordered a laptop with speedy delivery as needed it for work. Their courier company failed to deliver on time, so it was very frustrating.

Albeit, the customer service was good and they refunded me the speedy delivery money with no issues.

Paid a tiny sum extra to get it in 5 days and got it on time, poped it out, plugged it in, and no problem whatsover so far!
Of course now I need to install everything..., especially all my games so might update this if neccessary.

Overall, I am very happy with this build. The components (Ryzen 7 9700X + RTX 5060 Ti) perform perfectly, and the system is very fast.

However, I have to deduct one star for a specific assembly error. The AIO cooling system was connected incorrectly to the motherboard. The water pump was plugged into the "CPU_FAN" header, and the radiator fans were plugged into the "PUMP_SYS" header.

Because of this, the PC arrived sounding very loud, as the fans were running at 100% speed thinking they were the pump. I had to manually reconfigure the fan curves in the BIOS to swap the controls and silence the system.

Please pay attention to this during QC next time!

Great communication and accommodation. PC psu got damaged in transit. Cyber power arranged collection of pc and issue was resolved in good time. Also changed delivery day with me so i had guaranteed delivery.

Bought a gaming PC on Thursday, was delivered on Friday lunchtime. Was well pakaged and everything arrived safe.

Booted up perfectly and everything works as it should all specs correct.

One observation that Im not too sure about yet is my build is black.

Black case black motherboard etc, but for some reason I have a massive white GPU (RX 9070 XT) which looks odd.

I presumed it would of all been black. Im not sure if I am bothered enough yet about it, but wouldnt it of made more sense to put a black GPU into a black build?
