Unauthorised payments taken
There were 3 payments of £5 each on my Talkmobile account on the same day going via Mpay/Cymba Charity. It is possible that I made a charity donation of £5 as I occasionally do, but I would never have made 3 separate payments of the same amount at the same time. Talkmobile will only give me the information printed on my bill which isn't helpful, so I can't challenge it. I have put a block on any payments to Cymba Charity/mpay on my phone account.

I get extra charges on my EE bills from this company and have no clue why this is happening.This scum that EE shouldn’t allow it to happen.I call this company and can provide me with the details as to why they are charging me if I have nothing to do with them nor I use any of their services.I raised my concern with EE but they couldn’t do nothing !!!

Noticed an additional text payment on…
Noticed an additional text payment on my O2 bill this month. I've donated via text for years now and never had this additional payment, which was totally unauthorised.
I called 02032827898, which is the number O2 provided. A lady answered and couldn't explain what the company did and why I would have been charged. She's says she's stopped the payments going forward but we'll see.

Unauthorised Charges
Noticed charges from this company on my mobile phone bill. They claim to be “regular charitable donations” but aren’t something I’ve ever signed up for, and I have no kind of receipt for the transactions. Total scam, and through searching online it seems to be the same with everyone who has been charged by them. CHECK YOUR PHONE BILL!
