I have had no problems with the business over the years.
They helped me a lot in resolving the incident with the authorized service.

5th time ordered, having any problems, very helpful customer support in comment section of products, quick responses, will definitely order again.

Sold faulty computer parts, during the troubleshooting most probably technical service broke a plastic part. They refused to refund the motherboard, and it's extended warranty. They simply decided not to budge on any compensation as well and threated not to give product back even.

They don't care what you ask them to sell you. They will give what they want and cheat on you to make money. AVOID. They cheated us with a laptop and then they were asking for money to replace it although it was THEIR mistake. AVOID.

I have had a good experience with them.

actively censoring czc deletes my actual reviews because i set the lowest score for the product. a product that does not deserve such a high rating. deleted my review is for jbl quantum 800

Very bad service.

Ordered something that should have been delivered in 2 days. Its been 8 days and nothing. Spoke with customer service: Tereza - which provided awful customer experience and incomplete info. I was informed it would still take another 1 week at least. However if i go online now and repurchase the item it says it would be delivered in 2 days. But something i ordered 1 week ago takes 2 weeks total to deliver.

Would not recommend. Customer service has no idea what to say, or what they are doing. False advertisement and no sympathy towards their customers. Look at CZC competitors - Alza for instance, way better service, delivery, and customer experience.

Will never order via CZC and would not recommend. Stay away.

I don't have any problem with this store. Just perfect and speed delivery.
