Hi.. Christian..

Thanks for allocating 40 min for my visit. Thanks for spending 80 min with me to go through and answer all my question. Which ended up in my ordering a unit.

The Daikin showroom was a dealbreaker

Visiting the Daikin showroom and having the guidance from Christian was a dealbreaker in the choice of vendor. I encourage people to visit the show room because:
1) You can experience the "noise" and comfort from the installation in actual living rooms. (look and feel which was critical)
2) Christian is very honest about what Daikin can and can not do. (He is very proud of Daikin but no "BS")
We have had the installation for 3 months now and have no disappointments compared to expectations from our visit and Christians guidance.
