Rubbing people rubbish services
From last week we have not internet services we was spoke with costumer service they told us sorry because of bank holiday they can't come till Tuesday then they told me ( Your repair visit is tomorrow between 8AM - 1PM ) but from 7:30 till now 1:17 pm nobody come to fixed our problems . Please don't trust daisy they never not helping they are full rubbish services don't sign with them . They doesn't care about our buisness we lost all costumers and orders from last week they not helping just they send you bill statement ( please don't reply same old story our going to helping you that's lie ) nobody helping they told me they out side and they fixing they lie from 7:30 am I am front my business nobody come
Billed for 25 days after closed account!
Cancelled our business account with required full notice. On the date of closure - 20th of the month - previous bill covered until 31st of month. Receive a bill which I cannot access, so have to contact Daisy. Then discover it covers the the whole of the following month. Queried and was told I would get a refund in the middle of the following month, which will be 25 days after the closure. What a rip off as I doubt our small business will get the benefit of the interest for the 25 days Daisy will hold it. When questioned why the automatic bill was sent bearing in mind the account has closed and the required notice was given I was told it was automatically generated, which makes no sense as Daisy has already had the funds to cover the period of closure and a whole month to stop the automatic direct debit.

A nightmare
I read all the positive reviews for Daisy with disbelief. My experience with this company was dire. Switching to them was a nightmare which took weeks and many abortive visits. The price increased rapidly ending up nearly double the original quote. On attempting to cancel the service when the business ceased to operate (we were out of contract), it took many phone calls and texts and then the invoices just kept coming. The whole experience is still not over and I feel that I am am going to be dealing with it for sometime to come.
