EDIT: order number is #2000000160 and I still did not receive any reply through the 2 tickets I created.
I bought a set of pannier locks but only received one of the sides in the package. The product in the webpage is clearly the set, not only one side. I emailed dam-sport and also sent a message through the form on the website and no reply for over a week now. No phone number on the website, so no other way to contact them.
I hope to get a reply from dam-sport here as they seem to be replying to the bad reviews. But never an update from the customers. I will update if my problem gets solved. If you see a reply from dam-sport and no update from me then my problem did not yet get solved. As of now, never again with Dam-sport for me and don't recommend anyone to buy from this website!
